Thread: TAB vs Grossdeutschland15 Mar 2015, 16:29 PM TAB won on points after an hour but Grossdeutschland would've won if the game went any longer. Mr Chow had a vet 5 KT that was insane. We finally killed it with 5 shermans, 3 T34/85's, and 3 SU85's. TAB had nothing left with the VP's ended it. In: Replays

I guess I should have realized the round itself would have better characteristics. The more you know. Still though, the unit isn't performing like a 480mp unit stock. It doesn't perform like a 480mp when stock, but is much better with vet. I often get one and sometimes get two when on a map where it turns into an arty-fest. There is nothing funnier than seeing someone charge a Panzer IV back into the arty line where they are expecting it to destroy everything and seeing the Panzer get 3-shot by two packs and an AT. I haven't tried it much post patch. It certainly didn't need nerfing. I had a lot of games where I didn't get it to vet, which meant that I spent 480 mp and 11 pop on a paperweight. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: What should Relic do to increase allies-players?12 Sep 2014, 13:56 PM The only thing that would increase allies would be to balance the game in 4v4. The popular explanation in this thread that people play axis because the units look better is complete BS. The search numbers before this patch were generally 60 Axis to 40 Allies. Now the numbers are often 90-10. Do you really think that most of the people who used to play allies suddenly found the axis units irrestible? I prefer playing allies but even before the patch it was difficult to have a decent game. If the allies didn't have a significant territory advantage at the 10 minute mark, the game wasn't likely to go well unless there was several good players on the allies side. Since the patch, it's been really difficult to play allies. Removing the Dodge, nerfing rifles at long range, and adding nearly instant suppression by the clown car has made it so most of the games are really bad. The clown cars get sent to both fuels and are difficult to drive off. Even if they do get driven off, the allies will be so far behind in fuel and tech that they will soon be fighting Pumas with rifles. In: COH2 Gameplay
