if you spawn on the bottom and put a kublewagen across the river in the middle lane. youll get easy kills on the units that arent being paid attention to as they make their pilgrimage to the main land. Its fun.
i think theyre all fine as they are. the zis bug needs to be fixed. but balance wise theyre all fine. DPS doesnt even matter in an at gun, if you get a shot off with an at gun its going to pretty much hit once and theyll drive off after realizing theyre being ambushed. No ones going to drive a tank in front of an at gun on purpose and be like "dont worry about it bro his DPS is only 20" its more along the lines of "oh shit i better drive away"
yeh the cp requirment for the actual airdrop ought to be more like 3-4 cp instead of 2.
i really the like the idea though. espeically if it were to use the dropzone radius that the usf airbourne doctrine has.
i dont like that concept mainly because engineers dont even register as existing to a tank. With ambulences, theyre atleast going to take damage.
Something more interesting (if we were to go only use out of combat) might be that once the tank takes damage (eg on armor penetration), blitz is instantly deactivated.
as soon as tanks come in, penals have pretty much no use. You can try and use a satchel with a button.. though besides the difficulty of getting in an ideal situation like that.. button no longer immobilizes tanks so the satchel will miss.
What would people think of giving Volks an MP40 upgrade pack make them more flexible, instead of just AT infantry, plus it would give OKW players something to spend munition on other than spamming grenades.
It could be in a doctrine like conscript ppsh package
you mean starting the match with one of the best anti-infatry squads in the game isnt enough in terms of flexibility for okw?
