There is no probably, it's not going to happen. This isn't CoH1, you're not going to make Pioneer spam happen just because you upped their accuracy by a tiny bit. And you think Soviet Tier 1 is the most problematic in the game? Are you out of your mind? Why does Soviet Tier 1 have to equal (or exceed) other nations Tier 1 WHEN THEY HAVE THE FREAKING CHOICE OF BUILDING TIER 2 IMMEDIATELY. Not a single other nation has this opportunity, especially when it comes to quickly fielding cheap, effective anti-tank. Honestly, this is ridiculous at this point. I have yet to see even CLOSE to a majority support this current direction of your balance patches. I see tons and tons of people scratching their heads and starting to get worried if you should be allowed anywhere NEAR this game in terms of balance decisions. In: COH2 Gameplay

You're trying to keep Tier 1 good of a viable, balanced faction that is on the higher end of playable.. At the expense of unbalanced, problem riden, lower end of playable factions. You have to acknowledge this right? All this pushing of "we have to keep Sov tier 1 viable" "We're trying to keep t1 afloat"... And you push the Flak half-track behind medics... This is the dumbest change I've seen in a long time. Have the modders not played automatch for the last 6 months the flaktrack doesn't just shut down either of these tiers without a fight. +1 This is honestly getting a little worrying. Anyone who has been given the reigns of the balance of the game, whom ALSO thinks the FREAKING FLAK HALF TRACK is powerful enough to need delaying, absolutely needs to have those reigns taken AWAY from them. On one hand, you guys are saying that the StuG E is still really good... And yet everyone who is testing it (YES, PLAYING WITH YOUR BALANCE MOD) is giving you feedback that it's basically a complete waste of resources now. I think the question really should be, has the Winter Balance creators played with the StuG E in their mod themselves? Your constant go-to response questioning the people who are criticizing the mod as people who haven't even played it is, quite frankly, childish and insulting to the people taking the time to test it and give feedback. That would walk over anything, including rifles in early game. To have a zero sum on stats, they'd have to be as strong as pre-buffed 235mp volks. So then increase them to 260 mp?
