Realism vs Balance. A Jackson should be an upgrade for an M10. So I would say 80 Fuel plus 100 Muni would be fair. Since almost all Jacksons were just turrets shipped to Europe and mounted on an M10.
Having Brit Arty emplacements were realistic too. No smoke and the ability to erase squads. US actually were the leaders in Artillery at the time. Realism isnt fun...

You should also check target size.
For example Jadgpanzer has smaller size than... M3 or T70
What is funny about that? Jpz4 is designed to ambush and destroy enemy tank, When the pjz4 aim at you, he will be harder to hit than m3 or t70, height is only(!!) 1.85 m, it is wider and longer than m3 and t70, still worth to compensate on that if u can reduce height of a tank that is going to ambush enemy tanks.

How do you think this will play into the party system that coh2 multi is built around? I is it going to roll a random army for the side your teamate picked? Is it only applicable in 1v1? Only applicable when your the only one in a party? This isn't something easy to put in. How about you assign an army to 4 numbers, find an rng online, set the range to be those 4 numbers, then roll it before you choose your army? Don't get me wrong, I'm not against the feature, I just don't see how it can be implemented in game.
Are u kidding me? They done it in vCoH, in 2006, and that feature was great. Even i can create program that will choose random number between 1-4, now assign every faction a number and that's it. OFC that u can't choose random if u have a teammate who selected a specific faction.

If u build a fast Stuka, that means only valid defense in early, even mid game against armor is raketenwerfer, and good luck with that POS. Well, if we are talking about fast Stuka, so that means no panzershreck either. Because u need to convert muni to fuel, or u won't get that stuka so fast... Well, at least those maxims will give u a break...
But really, i find katy very very punishing against a blob, same as stuka, stuka can aim in a direction? Well a katy has bigger range, faster cooldown and rockets will get faster to target. Stuka has more power against buildings? Well, It is more expensive, and bigger risk to build than katy TBH. So, that's that. Both unit come with their pro's and con's. TBH arty that needs tweaking is a ostheer one. |
Long cooldown, very very expensive. If this units is so good like u guys are saying then everyone would use it in every single game, but i rarely see it in 2v2, in 1v1 its it a huge risk to build one. because its so expensive, plus range is smaller compared to other arty. And it doesn't auto kill everything in path. Happened once that sniper lived trough barage because he was between two rockets. Killed his mate, but he was alive... And btw. if u have a huge blob of infantry, in cirle. Katy would wipe it easly, stuka wouldn't. |
Yeap number one problem are panthers and strum tiger, lets fhuk them too! Even one of these two are not even a heavy tank...

Now, can u say where i was wrong? U wouldn't trade JT for ISU? Quoting someone and showing them their playercard (lol) is best argument ever i know, but little more than that would be appreciated.
