The M20 would be much better if it came without the bazooka but included armor skirts.
M20 car : 240/20->250/30, skirt equiped basically, delete bazooka
top 50cal penetration 3/2/1 -> 7/6/5
vet 2 +15% accuracy -> increase penetration 30%

I would suggest testing the following changes:
Instead of using a 1 and 1.5 tech system use a 0.5 tech system.
(cost might need some changes, should server as examples)
(tech level are compared to ostheer)
Tech options:
Platoon command post (tech level 0.5)
cost 60/5 gives access to HMG. (the weapon might need to be toned)(no free officer).
Can be upgrade to unlock LT and m20 cost 40/15, m20 can now be upgraded to greyhound once Battalion Command post has been unlocked. One could add the BAR unlock and adjust price. (no free officer) (if officer comes "free" cost need to go up) (tech level 1.5)
Company command post (tech level 0.5)
Cost 60/5 gives access to Mortar. One could add the bazooka unlock and adjust price(no free officer)
Can be upgraded to unlock Captain, access to ATG and M15a1 cost cost 100/25 (no free officer) (if officer comes "free" cost need to go up) (tech level 2)
Battalion Command post
If PcP and CcP are unlocked of one of them upgrade one can unlock Battalion Command post for 100/40 getting access to Stuart (that might need some buffs), even a toned down M8a1 (no free officer) (if officer comes "free" cost need to go up)(tech level 2.5). Can be upgrade to unlock the rest of the vehicles.
The ideas behind the changes are:
Adapt tech cost to follow Ostheer tech tree
Have more tools to better time units
Get rid of "free" officers system which makes it difficult to quantify tech cost, and reduces the space for doctrinal call-in units
Remove the pack howitzer from the stock options since it would give a edge in support weapons vs Ostheer while a infantry edge already exists.
Allow better timing for USF calling units like the M10,dozer, that can now find a spot requiring some tech.

increase unlocking lieut and captain MP cost is fine but why post upgrade still need 50MP?
it should be cost 15fuel only
And reserch time is too long to use lieut
get back to reserch time 60s and give back free BAR to lieut
-50 cal HMG now costs 125 manpower - 60 munitions
-57mm ATG now costs 125 manpower - 75 munitions. Now comes at 3cp
in this patch, USF get easy than now to get both 50cal and 57mm
who use munition for them?
Recon support air drop is worth because can get airborn and 57mm together
just change another skill or price buff
50cal 280mp -> 260mp
57mm 280mp -> 260mp
and plz buff "glass infantry" airborn
buff some target size 0.95~0.96%

5cp timing is too late for light vehicle
The timing of first medium tank is late 4cp ~ 6cp
sherman and M8, what do you want to make? absolutely sherman
Puma have long range and most strongest vehicle in the coh2 light vehicles
Even he can fight with medium tank with some skill and control
but M8 have low canon dmg and dont have long range likes puma
0vet light vehicle in 5cp timing is just useless shit and will no one use it

As USF player, AAHT with ATgun will be OP
i also play axis, dont want USF be OP, just want some "useful change"
Tech chage is good thing but main problem of USF is Rifleman
m1 garand dmg is so low and also accuracy is not good
so they cant deal with heavy coever in mid-range even they are expensive unit
so rifleman need more some change to deal with other axis mid-long ranged cheap infantry
vet 1 rifle grenade -> +10% accuracy
vet 3 garand dmg 8 -> 10
rifle grenade -> need grenade unlock
lastly, plz rework shitty rifle company and nerf guard rifle

Then we tun OKW into USF by modeling VG after Riflemen.
Now we turn USF into OKW by restructuring their tech.
Can we change we make all faction the same and change the name of the game to Age of empires?
