Wow! Why pick any other doctrine? EZ8 with WP and HVAP. Riflemen field training which comes with bags, mines, flare and cooked grenades. A veteran squad with aura bonus so we encourage drag box BAR blobs that can equip a flamer and sprint with said flamer. Manpower to muni/fuel drop to get to spamming EZ8s and cooked grenades faster or save up a bit and go for the offmap call down.

What is concept of Rifle company? yep, supporting riflemans.
but now, Rifle company is just trash and pick up to use Ez8
reinforce lit and captain will do well supporting riflemans and good to own concept
My suggestion :

it will support reinforced infantries and Ez8 effectively

Only if you try to run into tanks to scare them off or even kill them like the old Volkshreck blob, if you can flank they do have really high dps, Paratroopers even do more damage with them!

penetration is likes dumbass and mostly cant do dmg to tank evne low dmg
flank is not always answer
flank is about 3 times difficult than just defending
3bazooka for ranger is most moron play in coh2

Overwatch doctrine
Foward receivers+early warnig = foward overwatch(1cp)
SdKfz 251/20 Half-track w/ Infrared Serchlight(3cp)
251/20 is very OP unit as default unit of OKW
OKW can overwatch cheap and easily all over the map
so this unit need to be only commander unit
