I said that you caused a ton of casualties because they were in a shit shape in the Winter War. NOT WW2. During Stalingrad everyone had rifles. Sure during the beginning of Barbarossa sometimes the Soviets didn't have rifles for everyone but by the time Stalingrad was happening that didn't happen anymore. Do you even know we fought 2 wars? First Winter war and then the continuation war... that lasted 1941-1944 so what are you talking about? In: COH2 Balance

After the Winter War the Red Army decided to get its shit together and make some reforms. Your country doing a lot of damage in the Winter War doesn't really say anything about the Red Army during WW2 because like I said, the Red Army was in a shite shape at that point. exactly!! so why everyone behaving like soviet army was on par with german? They just sent them in on suicide waves just like the movie enemy at the gates. In: COH2 Balance

There is also no need to scream in capslock like an immature child. I'm gonna explain you the problem once again. You made an example with Panzergrenadiers. No one needs them nowadays, because you can give LMG or G43 to your Grens. Once they have them, they gain veterancy 3 in no time. Then you almost need KV - 8 everytime otherwhise you nearly can't beat them because sov infantry doesn't have such survivability. When Cons try to get close, they lose. If they stay on range, they will also lose. Additionally, they can clear a Maxim with a single rifle nade. And this summed up isn't really something I'd call balance. Feel free to discuss! Grens dont clear a maxim with 1 riflenade unless you are the luckiest person on the planet. Thats like saying T34 one shots mg42 crews. If there is unbalance they should buff soviet firepower not nerf german. The important part of this update is if you charge on open ground you should take severe losses. Nerfing firepower might make it worthwhile again to always charge and molotov. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Making Soviets more Soviety30 Mar 2014, 20:55 PM i cant understand how you all fall for the russian propaganda that the "enemy at the gates style" didnt happen... explain to me how finland killed 3x more soviets than we lost with barely any equipment... we didnt even fire our artillery sometimes because our ammo was so low, our airforce was a joke and we barely had any tanks and not to mention wastly outnumbered and yet soviets died in droves. I got family who fought the war so i heard my facts from guys who was there not from some shitty documentary. In: COH2 Balance

RTS is one of the more difficult games to balance.. every unit has to be good and cost effective yet it cant be OP when massed either.. units also must be fun to use for veteran players but still easy to understand for beginners.. add to that Teamgames and you got a shitloads of work cut out for you. Im very impressed of relic.. their patching the last 4 months have been fairly fast and mostly the correct changes. We are not there yet but we are a lot closer than at release =) In: COH2 Balance

Multiplayer takes place around 1943-1945 right? kk germany was losing then so germany should lose everygame because its immersive lol! Why is there no MG-34 in this game? it was more common than Mg42.. what about the immersion??!?! How come sniper one shots but Kar98 doesnt??! the sniper uses g43 rifle right?, kar98 should be more powerful yet it doesnt one shot what about THAT immersion??? Why can we have Tiger tanks in moscow outskirts?? Tiger didnt see action before 1942 and german army reached moscow 1941.. and why is there IS2 on that map?? where is my immersion???.. OMG why not just do nazi ufos with v9 rockets lolz!!! /sarcasm In: COH2 Gameplay
