WOW is all I have to say.
Last night in a 3 V 3 match with 2 OKWs and one Ostheer I was actually able to get 2 KT's on the field simultaneously.
I have never been able to do that before so whatever they did to fuel costs and the munitions it is EXTREMELY noticeable.
This was in addition to the fact that I had previously had a KT with 2 jadpanthers, the jagds died and were replaced with another KT. I feel like I am swimming in fuel in team games now.
The only saving grace for the allies is currently everyone has the stupid fucking imba rifle commander and the katyusha is now an unholy death machine. Most games I see 2-3 of these being fielded and it just wrecks absolutely everything.
But the flip side is it seems easier to mass werfers now so I suppose that's balanced.
Ultimately I feel this patch was a massive freaking buff to OKW, and they don't feel starved anymore now they just feel hungry for tank spam... |

The whole story boils down to "I clicked 3 times and cost my opponents the game".

Aye and vet rifles,maxims,Rifle LMG DPS,bullshit m15 halftrack needs to be nerfed into the groudn with it.That'll fix things.If the blob goes..the blob buster can go.
Vet rifle commander is bullshit and is getting nerfed, maxim spam already got hammered, m15 is still too cheap and isn't fucking countered by a the werfer, and stop calling it a fucking blob buster.
Vanilla arty punishes blobs, thus unit fucks whatever it hits right out of the game with whisper quiet virtually unavoidable nukes with pin point accuracy.
It's bullshit and the people defending it are completely absurd. There are issues with balance besides this unit yes, but this is one of the most blatant currently. |
All I can say is FUCK this unit. Play 3 v 3 and it's a rush to ober soldatten then fucking stuka spam. Honestly those of you saying this shit is balanced haven't tried playing against an okw team that knows how to spam these in conjunction with an infrared half track and ISGs. I lost 2 Sherman to their goddamn rockets so no these things are no longer in the realm of blob control.
The amount of bullshit surrounding OKW indirect fire support weapons is amazing.
They need to be nerfed into the fucking ground or completely redesigned and brought into line with other artillery. Add scatter, reduce range, fuck I don't know but their current incarnation is bull shit. |

Game is released with a terrible campaign and several new multiplayer units which completely destroy any kind of online competitiveness for nearly a year. Things like the Roo spam, or the super pak.
Conclusion: Half Baked.

Commanders are released and initially seem like an amazing opportunity. Relic is quoted several times claiming that each commander is going to be unique and effective in their own right.
Fast forward to now where basically a handful of commanders are useful due to the vast majority of abilities and units being completely neglected in terms of effectiveness. Anyone used ostruppen lately? Or maybe the NKVD disruption tactics?
Conclusion: Half Baked.
COH 2 WFA
Relic scraps the "Pay to Win" model in favor of a "Play for nothing" model that goes from appealing to a small majority of the community to outright pissing off the entire community. The warspoils system makes absolutely no sense when viewed under a microscope. Endless double items,countless useless bulletins, and no access to new content.
Conclusion: Half Baked.
This company is fucking absurd in how little thought and planning they put into anything, yet somehow their is genius in their titles. Just makes you wonder if a dart board and a suit chimp are sitting in the Lead Designer chair...

Honestly until they fix the panzer werfer which is a non doctrinal unit which appears in almost every team match, and proceeds to wreck said team match, I am fine with the OKW getting a taste of their own shitty medicine.
All the new arty is broken so in a way it's semi balanced I suppose. |

Relic is the most retarded game designer I have ever seen, over nerf, over buff, and doing things that actually discourage people from playing their games.

Yea because having 4 MG's as your front line force was both fun and realistic. I didn't even see the need to build conscripts with the Maxim able to counter any flank with really good micro.
These changes should force the Soviets to rely less on cheese and more on good combined arms which is how the faction was designed.

yo fool, its destroying weapon teams in a barrage that is the problem, it happens. fuck decrews, that is fine. i lost a 320mp unit without a chance of salvaging it by someone who has to point and click into the fog of war?
mini scatter + 6 rockets and people are saying its okay? fuck that.
arty punishing blobs is fine, wiping a squad on demand is not and in stuka's case, it happens quite consistently. katyusha and pzwerfer destroys blobs without wiping them outright because they have to deal with scatter and in katyusha's case, pauses between shots. its bad luck if u get a squad wipe but the usual is 1-3 models lost per squad. that is fine, its punishing enough, bleeds menpower hard, but not usually an insta wipe.
as for priest, shots between pauses, thats more than enough reaction time to gtfo from the arty zone.
yet the stuka gives barely any reaction time and dont tell me there's the fucking sound, the shells land fast. and once the 1st shell hits, the area is so saturated with explosions it is either insta mass infantry retreat and dead support teams or insta squad wipe. unless you pray to the rng god and leave 1 man running away.
dont believe me? take a pak40 and zis. have the pak40 try to escape priest artillery zone then have the zis try to run from stuka artillery. chances are the pak40 will have a much better chance of survival and get probably drag its ass out of the arty zone and the priest is as harmless as 4th of july fireworks. now take that into stressful game conditions and tell me how the fuck is this okay?
so every minute, defensive lines will crumble or a mass rout will occur, if OKW player follows up with an assault.
i'd like to see the amount of crying when allied players get something like that. oh wait, there is. the isu152 and look at the tears, you can form a fucking ocean with them. except now stuka can come 10mins into the game.

Basically I lost a match because one of the Osts recon planed our advancing force and 2 stukas line fired backward and killed 90% of our entire army. I am talking Shermans, M10's, rifle squads, everything just got vaporized. Nothing we could have done, you can't just sit there and let the OKW get fuel otherwise a King Tiger is knocking on your door. But attacking them with the fucking walking stukas in team games is just ridiculous.
I realize the game has other balance problems but this unit right here is one of the most hilarious examples of broken balance ever. Right up there with the ISU-152 that had countless pages of threads written in it's honor. |

I just played a 4 V 4 where we had 4 Soviets vs 3 OKW + 1 Ostheer.
The OKW players just quit. Immediately. I didn't even have time to send my maxim force at them and then run them off the map with 120mm mortars. The Ostheer was pretty shocked.
I won't even bother playing any other faction until the maxim gets addressed AGAIN. Relics circle jerk balancing style is just laughable and I don't know how any other company takes them seriously. After a year of balancing the maxim is exactly the same as it was at launch lol. |
