Ost wins 3/4 games and it's not because Ost is viable, it's because the winners were glorious pure masters of the Aryan race fighting the endless martyrdom struggle against the filthy OP spam Bolsheviks. Lets ignore the 'oh they're really good and can win with any faction' argument being meaningless when you consider that these are only the best players fighting each other, because it's the later rounds of a tournament (Semi finals, in fact) In: COH2 Balance

Dozer Sherman is worth taking for durability if you really want it, but the create barrier ability is massive underrated. Thread: Is the King Tiger still worth 260 fuel?26 Apr 2015, 18:59 PM Ahahahahah. Ahah. Hah. No. KT was, in its original state, a unit designed to be an I Win button in any balanced sort of game. it was this way because OKW was designed to hold a tiny fraction of the map via territory linking, and getting a KT was essentially having held out for 35 minutes plus without any armour in a small area of the map weathering numerically superior assaults. That never worked out, and the KT (amongst other things) were a relic of that era. No tank should be invulnerable to frontal damage that way that the KT was to dedicated AT platforms. Right now it's very beefy, has a huge health pool, great damage, splash and pen on its main gun and lots of amazing veterancy when it stays alive. Which, if fighting IS-2's or med swarms, it can very easily obtain. KT is in a reasonably okay spot. More armour is only going to make it a joke again. Much like the beta panther, yoloing through dedicated AT fire just because it can. In: COH2 Balance

The cons got MG's and shot at by grens just getting close and one model was busy presumably throwing a molotov. Also, the MG is still there, can park itself facing the cons and either force them to move around and focus fire it (meaning grens remain still reasonably unscathed and free to use their better DPS than cons at all ranges) The only way the axis really loses that is terrible micro or leaving that con flank so horibly open they can emerge literally on top of the MG42 and grens because they are directly on top of each other around a blind corner. And keep in mind all that oorahing and molotovs has run a bill 35 to 45 MU up for the soviet as well. Odds are a higher MP bill for the fight, too. In: COH2 Gameplay
