It is a pretty exciting game my opponent brings back from 37 VPs. |
They need to lift it just for advertisement sake, They will not make any money if only the current community knows it exists..... |

Its plausible to do but I think pushing tank call-ins a CP or so should fix the problem even simpler. It should be a plausible strategy to wait for call-ins but it needs to have a larger draw back than it currently does |
I am so glad something like this was done. Not only is an Observer mode great for players but also unlocks Esports which will invigorate the game with new income, player base, and events. Props to those who put in so much effort to support our game. |
So you need to use 2 times more mp to counter his m3?
No, just one M3 is not all that great, generally there is either another or there is a unit garrisoned inside. That is why M3 spam has a major drawback. You loose capping power because only half of your units can actually capture not counting if they are busy like the two engineer squads if they have to repair. The manpower for countering it is about equal. |
I know how to play. It's not a L2P issue. There is this weird russian spam player. He does the same shit EVERY game and i just cant beat it (Cpt.Molo) His micro sucks but since loosing 1-3 units doesn't matter with this strat because germans will be dead at the 5 minute mark he still beats me everytime.
well you will have to post a replay for me to help. A 222 should be out and around before the Guards can be so you will have time to push back the M3s. Then have it just support a gren squad when you see the Guards out so that they cannot chase down your upgunned 222.
Also one of the top 100 players beat my M3 spam by placing Tellers in great spots rather than getting mg42s. |
I have been playing around with this commander in 2s+ to get a feel for how it works and trial build orders. I want to start implementing it in 1s as well now, but want some advice for working out its kinks:
1) The Manpower drain is pretty severe, I do not think I can afford to get both T1 and T2 to have a really versatile army. Of the two tech choices, which one do you think is more reliable and least manpower drain? T1 is pretty powerful but kind of risky compared to maxims, mortars, and Zis guns (because I will have no guards to reliably take out 222s).
2) there is a significant munitions float, a second engineer squad would solve this, but because of the Manpower drain is it even worth such a poor unit in combat?
3) around what command points should I float manpower? I have been starting around 4-5 Cp's and activating the commander around 6, but I do not know if that is feasible in ones yet.
4) I have not ever gotten an early tank, generally I go for SU-85s, SU-76s, and KV-8s. Is it worth it to activate the commander earlier and surprising my opponent with two T-70s or a T34 and an M5? when I have tried T3 during my trial games T34s just dont cut it after a while, Vet 2 P4s and call in tigers just are way to good so I have pretty much only been going T4
5) If it gets to the really late game, is the KV-2 worth it? The tank has an atrocious range unless it is locked down which in it self can be a huge problem. On the other hand the howitzar shot is pretty great at locking down large areas and crossroads between VPs. Its arcing shot allows it to kill support teams way in the back as well, but it is not all that great at killing armor, I have only seen 1 or two P4 kills out of the many times getting it out.
Any suggested build orders are welcome |
M3s power comes from forcing exposed single units to retreat and running them down. when you see M3s immediately get to cover and sit on it. start concentrating your force from there. If you get an mg42 (which I strongly suggest) always have a gren squad on top of it to faust the M3 if it comes by. The key with dealing with M3s is to not allow them to pick off exposed units. They hardly win vs units in cover unless they are guards in an M3 or just simply more of them.
A short summary of what to do is Concentrate arms. It is a strategy that you have to adapt to when you see it otherwise it will pick you apart. |
You can't garrison set-up teams
Back in the day I would throw a sniper in this halftrack though, that was nasty. I do believe it is the most mobile vehicle in the game.
I have not tried it recently but I know awhile ago you could garrison in the HT (way before mechanized came out). |
