(when u have KT soviet should have enough fuel call in 2 IS2) and the vet 3 'Spearhead' ability now adding -15% reload + 10% range. Please IS-2 vet 3 -30% reload, +20% rotation speed, +20% speed, +20% ac/de-celeration and KT got nothing??? Set KT Cost 700 MP and 250 FUEL. 7. IS2- and TIGER I‘s main gun damage set it to 180. I agree with a bunch of these but I do have some issues or requests to be elaborated on. 13) The flack emplacement Needs to cost population. Otherwise late game when players start to float, there will be fields of emplacments participating in combat that while not free, give an unfair advantage (Imagine the extreme case, each player is maxed out and there are like 5 flack emplacements out, there is no allies equivalent and there are 5 extra buildings that they need to overcome) 26) the flame truck I think has two bad consequences. Lately I have put thought into the battle phase upgrade requirement and I came up with: the early case where the truck comes out before or during the lieutenant. There is a 2 minute where the flack truck can literally kill your USF opponent. The other bad scenario is it comes out too late where there are too many counters. In on situation the USF player dies and the other the flame track is still never used. I'm not sure how to fix this unit, but I do believe removing its requirement would not do anything good. 7) I'm not sure I want to see heavy tanks dominating more with dealing better damage to be honest In: COH2 Balance

Looks like I was wrong to think you could though See, what it means is there is something completely unfair, and obviously so yet there are idiots defending it to the last. Here i'll try again: Truck pushing is a free unit that was having a major impact on the game. It would be just as infuriating and comparable if base turrets could move and kill things. Not many had a good truck pushing skill, indeed. man, a free unit that was incredibly small arms resistant took skill to push infantry around, destroy cover, or block bridges? Further more not many people had truck pushing skill? How about everyone did because it was so skilless.... There was almost nothing you could do as a USF player against truck pushing, and Soviets if you got an early M3 even then you still did bridgeable damage to it. Worst case scenario you push your way to an easy first encounter victory and pull back the truck. Please i'm interested what terrible excuses you have for truck pushing to be fair. What if my base mgs could also be moved around and used, those are structures who can win engagements for me Oh wait, there are no legitimate excuses for it. Truck pushing is simply an unfair abuse being defended to its last while players accept it. Just like Slavery in the united states. Pretty unreasonable to think of anyone not white as an animal to be owned and yet there was a pointless war over sheer stubborness because the Southerners life style had to change. Thread: [Feedback requested] - balancing issues in large team games9 Apr 2015, 01:52 AM Main issues with large team games (priority in order) 1) resource distribution and sharing is the biggest issue. This is primarily a axis problem due to only one soviet commander with fuel call in (and free AA with OKW). I know people are tired of nerf axis threads but it is truely unfair for players to synergise up and modify each others incomes and the allies cannot. None of the air drops should be able to be picked up by other players. The reason is that these effects are not linear, they are compounding like medicine side effects (1+1=3). You pass off fuel to the intentionally designed fuel starved faction and they bypass intended draw backs. this is one example but in general passing fuel or munitions to other players to fast lane them into army compositions is simply unfair if the other side cannot replicate. 2) Resources are too high in 4v4 maps. Ipkai shares my exact thoughts. 3) Maps. The problem with large team games is that they do not have the maps to support good play. These spam fests quickly turn into grind lanes where players throw their blobs into fire trying to dislodge their opponents. This could be fixed if 4v4 maps were scaled to the size of a 1v1 on Angoville. Plenty of space for maneuvers, both ranges are supported (It is actually great for more of the important stuff to be in the short ranged side because it is easier to compensate for those disadvantages then it is for say a conscript to make up for its disadvantage against a max range lmg gren) Beyond that, 1v1 balance will sort of trickle down to large player games, but there is not a whole lot they can do to balance besides stopping single player intended abilities from affecting team mates in an unfair manner. Thread: A letter to Relic COH2 Game balance team8 Apr 2015, 23:48 PM Truck pushing Could have been a legitimate (but ridiculous looking) mechanic if the sws halftrack was free. The problem with it was a free "building" was deciding early game fights for no justification other than the OKW player might want to place their truck out on the map and therefore it should be able to move. My real question is you dont need a sws truck right off of the bat, why the hell does it spawn so soon? The SWS is too squishy in its current condition to the point its incredibly difficult to get the sws tuck out on the field to even place it in a forward location. Personally I think they should be more damage resistant but requested like battle phase where when you have enough fuel to call it in, you can spawn them. In: COH2 Balance

No (smart) player will ever sprint into your Pgrens, they will just hang out and range and take them down. If I was to rework Pgrens instead of reducing the cost, I would increase their long range DPS or give them some armor like shocks so they can close the distance to be effective. Still doesn't really fix how underwhelming they are with shreks though, 120 munitions for a super easy to one shot squad, I normally only find myself getting shreks when I'm going a fuel to muni conversion doc or Luft supply. Well if the close ranged units are not running into close range, thats kind of a victory for the grens and mg42s. While on the other hand they do great at slaughtering weapons teams if given a chance. Personally I think its a preference of use, and because they are not a one directional unit people dont like them In: Lobby

I find them best for just scaring off BAR spammed and shocks, but they don't do well at all V Para or 1919 spam. Grens with LMG are a cheaper alternative. That might be true, but they are probably the best weapons team defenders and flankers. Soviets wont be able to oorah in and flank without tremendous loss. Now they are suffering a bit with the new Guards, but they still do quite amazing at medium range. I think the reason people find this unit underwhelming is because they are in between to polar ends players see. They either see long range infantry with lmgs ravage in cover or the opposite, shocks and penals whom destroy at short range. As it is, they are a challenging but highly rewarding unit whom can be upgraded to deal with tanks. They are also the best mobile defending unit if you use them with the halftrack (which I've only come a crossed a few 1v1 players who do) In: Lobby

I have never before vetoed a map, but I will veto this one. I refuse to play this shitmap ever again. I never did understand why Scheldt was played so much. Every game turns out the same every time and are hour long endeavours and that's what will happen with Sittard Summer as well. It can be used for comp stomp testing, but that's it. Did nobody look at this map before approval? How did THIS map make it to automap??? He said Rostov was a great map In: COH2 Gameplay
