Artillery Officer Defunct bulletin

I was wondering if we could possibly fix the artillery officers defunct bulletin. Currently the intel bulletin in mind utilized the now obsolete ability of “coordinate barrage”. Perhaps we can repurpose it to be more beneficial.

Thoughts?

10% Less Suppression
5% Discount on Artillery Barrage (Artillery Officer)
3% More Accuracy
5% More Range To Call Artillery Strikes (Both Smoke and Regular)

I doubt another bulletin rework is ever going to happen, there are many more useless/broken bulletins for all factions. Better just pick some of these for Ostheer:

S-tier
- +7% Faust range (best bulletin in the game)

A-tier
- +3% accuracy for Grenadiers, Osttruppen and Assault Grenadiers.
- -50% PAK40 and PAK43 buildtime.

B-tier
- -25% 251 buildtime.
- -6% Teller and S-mine cost.
- Ostwind suppression bulletin (make 2 for best results).
- +10% faster veterancy for MG42 or Panzergrenadiers (strong vet 1 abilities).
- +10% faster veterancy for Panzer 4 (faster skirts).
- -4% reload for PAK40.
- -4% Faust cost (that 1 muni can save a game 1 out of 100 times).

Those are some of the most viable ones IMO, probably some I forget, but S and A tier should definitely be considered.

They still have the coordinated arty strike don't they? Pretty sure they do it just has flares now... Still useful. Could make it +7% range for all his abilities tho. Might be a bit strong but meh it's pretty out of meta

There's a lot of totally useless bulletins now. Like a lot of the former call-in units that have bulletins reducing the call-in ability cooldown time by 50% (M3 Halftrack, a few others).

Quite frankly I'm surprised they haven't been touched in any way after so long, unless the dev team literally cannot modify them (which I somewhat doubt, as they're visible in the attribute editor...)
