OKW General Faction Changes
Kubelwagen
The Kubelwagen is receiving mobility and veterancy changes to allow it to escape from other light vehicles such as the M3 and gain veterancy without needing to be on the front-line where its light armor and low health are liabilities.
Rotation from 40 to 46
Speed from 7 to 7.6
Now gains shared veterancy
le.IG 18
We have reduced the significant veterancy requirements on the le.IG to match its current performance.
Veterancy rate from 840/1680/3360/4480/5600 to 560/1020/2040/3060/3825

Imo the Kubelwagen still needs some changes to be brought in line with other armored cars.
The unit seem to die very fast while it static DPS seem to be a bit high.
Suggestions:
Lower the penetration of other vehicles like the UC, WC51 and M3A3. They seem to do too much damage to kubel.
Consider lowering the built time of the Kubel
slightly increase the arc of fire of the mg.
Decrease the DPS of the kubel when stationary while increase is moving DPS a bit.
Add extra damage vs Snipers.

The vet bonuses of the Leig also need to be looked at.
Suggestions:
Give the unit the ability for direct fire with lower range but faster time to hit the target.

And before anyone says it should be compared to the american mortar, then why is the 81mm mortar team for okw in the game files but not in the game? Leig is in its own tech structure and should be made attractive enough to be worth building.

Leig needs to be buffed to near pak howitzer levels of performance. Currently it is extremely weak and when compared to the pack howitzer it is almost criminally underperforming.
And before anyone says it should be compared to the american mortar, then why is the 81mm mortar team for okw in the game files but not in the game? Leig is in its own tech structure and should be made attractive enough to be worth building.
Its much cheaper and arrives much earlier while having more range.

It’s also significantly worse by a huge margin and in a tier structure that everyone skips to get Luch/Puma. It’s not fanboying, it’s the reality of things.

Cheaper units that arrive early are worse then expensive units arriving late, yes, that's how balance works.
Leig is 570mp and 40 fuel to get to. Pack is 590mp and 55 fuel to get to.
If you think this difference in cost justifies on unit being absolutely useless and the other being used in every single usf game with great performance, you need to revise things.

What? In 2v2 at least you have USF rush Captain and an AA HT at you 8 out of 10 times.

How is leig useless? It counters team weapons and UKF emplacements fine. Much better than regular mortars

Leig is far from useless. I wouldnt mind a direct fire ability but it does its job and does it well.
I think Wider's direct AT fire toggle could very easily be balanced but from what we tested out it wasn't overperforming and you wouldn't want it to be your main AT, just supplement AT if needed.

Going by what balance team does, that direct AT fire would have 30 range or less and ISG would get 20% cost increase.
