I do not know how for others, but for me this patch "Huge disappointment", in team games, the Soviets began to suck more and deeper:
- IS-2 is still terribly inaccurate against infantry
- The King Tiger wiped the infantry with one shot - continues wipe
And the Soviets became even worse against the Wehrmacht, especially shoock troopers, the new Grenadiers just don't let them in close range.

There have been no changes to the combat performance of either grenadiers or shock troops.

Technically, they got nerfed, because they're at 2cps now, but otherwise, no change at all
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

Grenadiers with G43 annihilate all living things now, all playing for the Wehrmacht, I saw only one person who played for OKW.

In 3v3s I have been seeing alot of blobing Ostheer with Jaeger Infantry. Every time it fails miserably. Fighting blobs is quite easy.

Only had two games thus far (2x 2vs2 as Brits) and my opponents were all Ost. Not a single Panther was seen. People seem to be still hard pressed into Tier 3.
A bit early to predict meta but for Ostheer I'm pretty confident the meta is still Tier 3.

I played a 2v2 yesterday on rails vs rank 9 brit. I was a team of 2 ostheer. Won game with osttruppen and 2 panthers. Next game another game as double Wm. Won with 4 panthers and 2 werfers combined between us. I wouldn't could T4 out so soon.

Yes, I prefer the Soviets, but I would not say what is not. This patch brought a bunch of garbage, my Maxim did not shoot at the grenadiers who stood before him.

If the metagame results in a singularly superior strategies then there is still no dynamic metagame and the game is no more or less balanced than before.

Polished shock troops? Now they can not throw a smoke grenade, then a frag (throwing a smoke grenade, the frag is recharged). For them, this is a total nerf. Because they are very dependent on micro, without simultaneous smoke and grenades is a dead unit.
