i could do the general vehicle stats sheet pretty easily, but the specific sheets for each vehicle are a lot more time consuming. thats where the complicated formulas are, which got a lot more complicated this last patch. for example, penetration modifiers were added, so penetration will vary with range just like accuracy at some point. all the modifiers are 1 for now, so they have no effect, but thats 3 more stats i need to add to the formulas on top of all the new mid range stats.
unfortunately, it might be a while. im the only one that still works on this for the most part, but im pretty busy with other things currently. i should be able to get the general stats sheet done in the next week, and maybe another week or two for the specific sheets. it all depends on if i can find some free time.

Are the numbers just changed because it's a game? The 76mm gun used on the ZIS, the SU76, and the T34/76 are the same exact gun. That's how they Soviets did it. They didn't manufacture three different 76mm guns. So why is the penetration all different? The ISU-152 had massively better penetration than the 76mm did - yet in here it is ZIS-3 as king of penetration, with the 152mm coming in quite behind. That's the entire reason they went with the 152. Direct firing the 152 in its towed howitzer platform was tearing tanks up, so they created that assault gun platform to give it (better) mobility, yet it rates lower than the 76mm towed version (though it does come in better than the poor SU-76 version.

So, it takes 10 minutes for an Ostruppen squad to kill a normal squad?

I dunno about that, I ran one test (more to come when my comp fan is replaced) and Osttruppen in heavy cover beat Shocks in the open with no casualties and in one case, no health damage.
i just tried to same test. its only possible if the shocks decide to fight from long range, which is the worst possible way to use shocks. they have horrible long range dps (as they should). even when osttruppen are in green cover against shocks in red cover, it still takes over 2 minutes to kill the shocks. if the soviet player isnt afk, it would never happen.
if the shocks wake up and decide to get close, the fight is over in a like 5 seconds.

yea osttruppen seem to really suck this patch... their hp went way up but they dont do any damage anymore.
Well, at least partisans are made of AWESOME this patch.
Had ppsh partisans mow down AGs easily and LMG partisans do not suck anymore.
I friggin love partisan tactics this patch, map hax, AT on demand, flanks on demand.
No idea why Osttruppen can't do damage anymore, I live their concept and I really miss using them with lightning war more often, but again, not much of a reason, thou more then last patch.
