People are tired of CoH 2's limited modding.

I just realized that, with the release of The Far East War mod for CoH, as well as the imminent release of the French for TGW and a few other projects that are still in development like for example that Star Wars mod, people are just sick and tired of COH 2's limited modding capabilities, people want new settings, custom units, custom weapons and so forth, and that was possible for COH since day 1, but now Relic just want to continue to honk the cow until there's nothing left.

I just wanted to let off my frustration here at how bullshit this game has become, and all because of Relic's greed.

Let alone sounds and stuff it might be complicated.

Aswell as models.

But alowing skins for inf would be easy AF, pretty much all relic need to do - allow RGT files in inf folders just like they allowed custom APB.

They dont even need to allow custom unit folders, just simply skins folders in vannila inf folders.

Yeah but CoH is a more than 10 year old game now, why are people going back to playing and developing mods for it then?

It's the mod community that's keeping it alive, all because of Relic's allowance of the modifying of the game, and limiting modding in CoH 2 is just killing the game.
