Yes I have but thank for askings. The fact that COh2 was closer to a beta than a balanced game did not help, nether that fact that Relic introduced 3 different faction with completely different mechanic. Or the fact that some of those faction lost their unique features and went closer to one another, or did the fact that Relic continues to overnerf or overbuff things, nor that most patchs come with game breaking bugs.

Balance patchs are continuously need to fine tune units or to shake stale meta if the factions are balanced but units are not equally cost efficient.

On the other hand Relic imo first should fix long lasting issues like bugs, veterancy bonus and abilities and other issues that makes certain units or commanders unattractive. These changes are overdue and can remain untouched for several "balance" patches.

So, Obers are stronger now?

The Soviet 45mm ATG 1.25 received accuracy modifier for the squad has been removed to match all other anti-tank gun squads.

Wow, they've actually buffed M-42!

No.

The bug meant that if you picked up an mg34 that Obers had dropped, its power would depend on the squad that would pick it up.
1. Obers would get the same version they dropped.
2. Paras, commandos, and units that like to fire their LMG on the move would get an equal-strength LMG, but would require to go prone.
3. Conscripts, Volks, Penals and other crappy, non-elite infantry would get up a beefed up version that would cause 33% more damage than the original one

The first 2 versions were/are equal in terms of DPS. It's just the aesthetics of prone/no-prone.

The increased potency of the LMG on the 3rd type of squad was obviously a bug. I am guessing this bug also helped skew people's perception about the potency of the LMG upgrade on Obers.

That's why Conscripts that managed to get their hands on an LMG34 were turned into terminators (i.e., it wasn't just their terminator veterancy). Ditto pathfinders and LMG34's.

Post-patch, all 3 LMG34 versions will have equal stats.

Fixed a bug where units such as the Fallschirmjägers, Pathfinders, etc. would remain camouflaged on retreat

i am wondering how you decide which thing to fix. I remember you fixed MUCH MORE in your mod, why haven't been these other fix added ot 25th patch ?

Pretty sure this is because the radio antennae erected when the battlegroup is upgraded have real space associated with them in game. By removing that space, in a similar way to the Mirage change of cap point flags to ease pathing, these could be phased through, preventing this bug.

That's what Mr. Smith was saying in the shoutbox earlier. But he seemed to imply that if you uncheck the retreat point, it removes those antennas and releases the squad(s)... which in my experience isn't often true. Once they are stuck, they are stuck. You must destroy the battlegroup.

Hmmmm, I have done exactly that to release squads. Maybe we are talking about different bugs. Anything related to the antennae should be fixed once the retreat point is deactivated as it despawns the antennae.
