Give OKW Panzerbüchse 39 (anti tank rifle)

Give OKW a new unit that can engage allies tanks like the british sniper but can only engage tanks, since reketens and sturms with schreks under-perform and are very squishy, in order to deal with allies tank spam, could be built from the Schwere HQ for a hight cost around 400mp or 420, what do you think?

Panzerbusche is an idea that appears regulary from time to time.
If anything, I would see Panzerbusche as a upgrade for Volks.
Then Volks would have an option.
Pure AI upgrade
or
Minor AT+Minor AI upgrade by double Panzerbusche (copy past Cons' PTRS).
That would solve many, many issues with T70 or Stuart.

I prefer the idea of moving Ober to Tier 2 (Medic HQ) then allow them to upgrade with double Schrecks. That way, OKW can open with Tier 2 without being too risky when it comes to deal with LVs rush. Or the idea of double Panzerbusches upgrade for Volks would be nice, but then it will be the whole new Panzerbusche blob thing which frankly, I think it will be a thing since Volks scale to late game better than Cons.

and pls give OKW somethink against MG spam....if a (for example) russian want...he can make a base lock with mgs...and u cant do anything against it in the first 4 minutes

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Would make sense if OKW was very early war faction, not last 6 months one.well they were starving for resources so they used everything they had I wouldn't be surprised if they don't give the best weapon to the less experienced soldier (volks) an keep the good stuff for veteran (SP,ober)

There is one difference here.
I'm 100% convinced they don't want theirs to be doctrinal, because reasons.

Isn't the Rakaten a small rocket launcher anyway?
I say fix the firing issue with the Rak first (Missing projectiles, projectiles going through things, etc) then have a look at OKW performance.

Would be arugument if soviets from 1941-42 wouldn have fought germans from 1944-45

Except soviets did used all equipment through the whole war and sov army is based on whole conflict duration, while OKW is on extremely specific time and place.
Germans replaced completely some of theirs equipment as well when they made a better one, soviets used theirs until it was destroyed.

The panzerbuche does half the damage of a schreck and has 115 penetration as opposed to the 180/170/160 of the schreck.
Would it really help?

Umm ... no? Soviets did use all equipment, but in the game their base equipment representing soviets from 41-42 with shitty basic stuff and more modern call-ins, while both Ost and OKW represents late Werhmacht, with common weapons like StG, Panthers, Schrecks, Fausts and so on.
