hi guys ,as long as u know all factions have howitzer beside any types of arty they have : ost werfer+howtzer soviet katysha howtzer usf packhowtzer+priest ukf also..+sexton why not okw has stuka+hummel? reply in fair pls.

You want Hummel as a doctrinal or non-doctrinal unit?
Most factions have some sort of non-doc arty piece and some doctrinal ones. Still, keep in mind that OKW has a non-doc unit (the Stuka) which is so accurate that will largely overshadow Hummel.
Apart from that, the Soviets and Wehrmacht have immobile artillery pieces that by no means have the accuracy of Stuka.

OKW is more about off-map artillery abilities.
As for combination, nice try: it's leIG18 + Walking Stuka.

And Wespe for Wehr but don't confuse an artillery piece that's static with a mobile self propelled gun that can freely move across the battlefield to where it's needed, that mobility is the difference between life and death in this game.

Well IMO the whole arty mechanics need some changes, but aside from that either Hummel or Wespe would be great as doctrinal units.

The reason we do not have a howitzer for OKW, is that we get the best rocket artillery in the game (Stuka zu Fuss). Nothing comes close to its accuracy and destructive power. OKW already can bust open emplacements far easier than OH can, and then there's the doc Jagdtiger for endgame fort sieges. Hummel is totally unnecessary, as much as some people here want this to happen:
