... you really believe tanks in coh2 deal deflection damage....?
There is only one left who does it. Its brummbar. Long time ago, ISU and IS-2 did it as well.
Also, slower shots that penetrate>faster shots that don't.
Comet is better vs paper armor and worse vs high armor(aka majority of axis armor).
Its not a matter of opinion, its a matter of facts and stats.
Reduce Braces Effect/ Mortar Pits less accurate

No, it really does. Well, according to stat.coh2.hu it deals 1.00 deflection vs 0.00 for panther.

HA... you obviously think this game involves static enemies who can't escape just before you get a chance to shoot another AT shot....
Slightly lower penetration value and much faster combined reload and cooldown ends up balancing somewhere. I'm not sure exactly where, but in the end I'd rather have another chance at a penetration which won't happen if the enemy has escaped in that time.

If you look one line below you see the damage multiplied by 0 so 100% in case of deflect to deal 0 damage

Brit AT gun is a mirror of the Ostheer AT gun, the difference being that the Ostheer AT gun has Target Weak Point instead of rapid manouevers.
That was my point.
Someone else was claiming that Ostheer have the best AT gun in the context of comparison with the UKF. I was saying that award surely also goes to the Brits.

Fair enough. Thanks for the correction.

Target weak point is a HUGE perk above the 6er, almost guaranteed death for most allied tanks especially when it can be combined with all the other axis tanks that have that or another form of stun lock.

I think each ATG isbest suited to its faction. Since brit infantry don't have snares they need faster ATG to deal with flanking vehicles whereas ostheer have slower tanks so it's harder to chase retreating tanks hence the stun lock.
Pak is more defensive and Brit is more offensive. I use both abilities a lot but at the end of the day I prefer the SURVIVABILITY of the 6pdr due to rapid maneuvers
