I always wondered what are the best bulletin for each faction (apart the buff to mainline infantry)
there some like the Stuka cd 5% reduction that is really strong but other like panzerfusilier 2% cd between shoot
Or the dispatch time reduction
So what's the opinion of the community
(Any person who nominate the jagdtiger dispatch time will be banned from this universe and burned alive )
Ps: accuracy> cd between shoot>reload

+10% sight for Tiger Ace.

About 5 sight range right for each (around 50 with 3) ?

I've always liked triple cheap mines as ostheer. Before it was bugged tellers cost 41 munis. The S mines aren't bugged and cost 49. S mines are nice cuz you don't always have to make all of them so you can place down a square for 12 munis which I have seen wipe full squads.

Depends on what you use the most I guess.

I also like increased penetration for ATGs depending on what faction I am.

Increased ROF for mg42 makes it suppress alot faster.

If there was an increased speed on cromwells tho.... That would be my favorite cuz I love crushing units.

I think for ostheer it's Triple pzgren accuracy because they effect both grens and PzGrens (even osttruppen i think?!) And 9% more accuracy means 9% more dps.

For soviet i use 2x accuracy for maxims and 1x fire rate just to let the enemy know which Kind of pain he will suffer in the next minutes

To be honest i would always pick bullitins for your early game infantry because you use them from the Start to the end, ofc Triple pz4 armor is nice, but that Bonus kicks in later in the game

3x mine cost reduction for Ostheer. Spam S-mines. Prioritize minesweeper squads with your MGs and infantry, laugh.

3x Panther armor, to get a total of about 360 front armor on Panther and yolo it around

A triple In Extreme Difficulty'ed VET3 Grenadier with LMG42 is nothing but Kreygasm.

3X Rifleman Vet for USF and 3X PZ4 Armor for OKW are pretty good, though I still like to stack Shrek cost bulletins since it can really help with light vehicle rushes. I'll focus on Maxim bulletins for SU because gotta abuse that Maxim spam meta
