Other British commanders aren't used cause they were nerfed into oblivion. This happened to the British Artillery commander, he was good in the alpha, but now hes not worth using.

Nerfing the used British commanders isn't going to make the others more viable.


I somewhat agree, although for example, I see crocodile every now and then and it's still very effective. It's just that artillery cover is such a crutch ability that it overshadow every other commander by far. Now it's (hopefully) brought in line.

UKF has issues (i.e. ost snipers), just nerfing commanders won't make others more viable. Fixing the issues (including nerfing OP abilities like artillery cover, or heavily buff sexton and the british artillery commander) will.

whats with the artillery cover still working in fog of war and also, why this barrage on infantry pins instantly? it's still good at dealing damage, why this suppression

Does the Panzerwerfer now get a correct damage modifier vs garrisons now, or will it still keep instawiping garrisons?

(Katyusha has 25% damage modifier; the Panzerwerfer currently has 100% damage modifier - i.e., no damage reduction)

Otherwise, the patch seems great.

No bufss to underpowered commanders make me sad.

Also i have impression calliope wasnt nerfed enought, and still capable of wiping everything on med range, hopefully i am wrong.

Are they at least reducing the amount of rockets on the first salvo?

Currently it fires 10 rockets in the first salvo (each of which is roughly 25%-50% stronger than the Katyusha rocket), which is quite OP.

yea, but now it's still a dead zone for all infantry in the radius of artillery cover

M20 still puts mines and has a bazooka crew, so I dont really see the issue other then if you leave your M20 unsupported the 222 now has a chance to get away (still MINES). I will go with what I went before, try and flank the sniper with my terminators... errr rifles I mean. The 222 is not gonna kill the M20 FASTER it just has more health. It still is useless against anything USF after the M20 is dead.

If someone is being chased by 222, decrews vehicle, the 222 will just destroy the M20 while it's unoccupied. The bazooka will not force the 222 to retreat as it now has higher HP.

I personally think having a 215 mp 15 fuel vehicle counter a 340 mp 20 fuel vehicle with a potential 70 muni upgrade... is still off. That's just me though. Wondering how everyone else feels about this.

It is called Artillery Cover. Which involves artillery shooting at things. Those things are unlikely to start breakdancing and partying at the joys of receiving incoming.

Did you expect it to heal the Axis infantry it hits???

Wont happen if M20 is supported. Likewise no decent Ost player will leave its sniper unsupported against possible M20 rush... Also that comment about the mine makes me question if I should take you serious at all.

And it's a joke then. First and 2nd salvo are what were doing insane damage on top of having a similar damage profile as PW. Unless against OKW trucks, it's gonna be the same.
I'll rather have it fire equal number or a bit less rockets but spaced out.

Abandon critical: i hope this only applies to tanks. I'm all for this but it should not apply to light vehicles and just engine damage for light tanks.

Artillery cover: i guess no fix to no damage to friendly infantry : /

CalliOP: see response above.

PW: i hope they fix garrison damage modifier

222: hmmm is it still gonna cost 210mp 15f ?

Bugfixes: still seeing units in garrison through FoW, loiters duration not fixed, still phasing tanks.

Zeroying arty from OKW is also 300 muni and do almost nothing
