Would someone help doing a quick test on War Spoils?

Hey there,

So, I have 3x 5% (stacked - 15%) faster reload times for the Cromwell MkIV.

However, I did a test with the one WS, then added a 2nd/3rd - and noticed with each test there was ZERO change in reload time/amount of shells fired over a period of time.

The WS made no difference of any kind.

Yet, I've confirmed a few of my other WS are working - so, I'm not sure what's going on here.

If someone could test even 5% cromwell reload that would be much appreciated.

I think it's the British "Veteran Training: Tank" (veteran_tank_crom in the Attribute Editor). That's basically a copy of the P4/T-34/Panther/Sherman veteran bulletins with the unit type changed, so there's no reason for it not to work.

For how long did you let it fire? The differences will not be very big, and there is some RNG involved. Reload time is between 5,6 and 6 seconds, aim time is 0,125 seconds. Here are some calculations:

Vanilla: 5,8+0,125 = 5,925 sec per shot (~10,13 shots per min)
One bulletin: 5,8*0,95+0,125 = 5,635 sec per shot (~10,65 shots per min)
Two bulletins: 5,8*0,95**2+0,125 = 5,3595 sec per shot (~11,20 shots per min)
Three bulletins: 5,8*0,95**3+0,125 = 5,097775 sec per shot (~11,77 shots per min)

So you have one shot more per minute - with a normalized reload time. It's probably possible and not that unlikely to get 11 shots in a minute with every variant.

so are they getting totally redesigned so they do something without stacking or just so that they're back to being worthless? also, for being not stacking however was changing the values did a VERY through job of stacking.

I can't talk about what's being done. I can only confirm that Stacking Intel Bulletins will be going away.

No offense, but you guys damn well better implement an exchange of some sort before you completely nuke it. I've been playing since beta and Have yet to get all the bulls. But in some cases I have 7 of others.

So of all the issues you could be fixing, you're going to fix a non issue?

And the fix for this non-issue, which would literally take 5 seconds (search through upgrade/intel_bulletins, replace exclusive: false with exclusive: true), has no ETA?

I really don't get Relic's priorities.

I wonder if this change in the warspoils system will be another step towards f2p.

While it might be trivial, there were unintended side-effects that actually did have in-game consequences. The worst I can think of right now is OKW's 270 armour Panzer IV's.
