Accuracy boosts are never bad (except on Major. Then it's trash.), passive sprint helps with backcapping (be it reacting to or performing it) and since it tends to be inevitable some infantry will get in range to shoot at heavy machine guns as battlefields fill up with units, and enough of them even if suppressed can take out the gunner, reduced received accuracy on HMG34 is quite useful...IF IT COULD GET IT ANYMORE!

How could you miss pack howi's vet 2. Because nothings better then only receiving stat buffs for your crappy, 3 round, innacurate barrage, right. At least now it gets extra pen. So much better then normal stat buffs.
160 damage vs 80 for HEAT.

doesn't change the fact that it's inaccurate 3 round piece of shit on a 1 minute cd. Leig can permabarrage with no problem.
My place in the ladder is irrelevant as long as I am matched with opponents of the same rank and play all factions (balance at place 1000+ is no different from balance in top 100 if we consider what I said before the brakets) so I don't care about your assertion which is also irrelevant.

That comparison makes no sense, since Blitzkrieg is on activation, captain constantly sprints. Apart from that, thank you for reinforcing my statement.
There is no time that moving faster would be considered a nerf. If he is sprinting constantly for free then it is only better. If you can't control him because of how fast he moves then this is a l2p issue.

Pack Howi Vet sucks compared to LeIG Vet, shitty 3 round "barrage" with a cooldown while the LeIG gets a 8 round barrage with no cooldown.

You forgot Rear Echelon who also get that same boost which is useful for weapon upgrades that allow them to vet incredibly quickly.
