Troll?
What is troll about suggesting a 75mm high velocity cannon to have a better pen. than a 75mm low velocity cannon?

P4 is fine, it doesn't really have a place against brits from my experience but it's in a great spot vs USF and Soviets. Command P4 is over-performing if anything
I find the P4 works well vs the medium Brit tanks like the Cromwell and Centaur. It can even get in the face of a firefly and kill it given the right situation. The only time the P4 struggles vs Brits is when they bring out the heavier hammer or anvil tanks at which point it can't reliably penetrate the stronger armor of those vehicles from the front.

As the title suggests, current Panzer 4 for both Pr0stheer and OKW is in a bad spot. It shreds infantry a little bit too good and struggles against med to heavy targets. What I offer is, reduce its AoE and its damage a bit against infantry, keep its damage against vehicles as the same and increase its penetration. It barely penetrates Cromwells+Shermans. It actually seems like low-velocity 75mm Sherman AP has exact the same penetration as a high velocity KwK40-L48 German cannon. Also, the Command Panzer 4 is fine and it needs a little bit more love against infantry.
Imo stats ok, except mp/fuel cost . Currently not worth buying.

M4A3 Sherman
With the delay in tech to the USF we are increasing the power of some of their vehicles.
- Penetration increased from 80/100/120 to 100/120/140

If however the German tank is using the common PzGr 39 it would have better penetration by about 10mm or roughly 8%.
And no it definitely is not using APCR shells - They don't explode and would do very minor damage compared tro the other two mentioned.

P4 just lost it's main advantage over the Sherman, now it's only really superior to the T-34/76, and that isn't worth bragging about
you will be surprised at how often people forget to switch round. It's basically giving the pziv a free shot if the sherman get caught with HE.
Switching round type also take a bit longer than simply reloading, so that's another minus.

Seriously? Now Pz4 loses to T3485,E8and M4C,even performing in the line with the common sherman or Cromwell. But it cost 125 fuel,T3485 cost 130fuel,sherman and cromwell cost 110fuel,then you still wanna nerf it. Stop raging pls. Pz 4 is fine as it is .
Actually, I wanted no nerf nor buff. I just wanted it to duel a T-34-85 and a E8 but be less capable against infantry.

Their are both fine as they are. OKW Pz4 only becomes really good when it's vet 2+. But it costs even more than a T34/85 that still does insane damage to the Pz4. Ostheer Pz4 should get the armour upgrade immediatly when you start with that tank, so that it can finaly take some good hits.
Don't nerf it, please buff it a small bit. It's good against infantry (thank god) and it's mediocre against tanks (Fine for me)
