Fast cooldown lets you get out multiple ones very quickly is you save the fuel for the cps.

Also the mounted MG upgrade is pretty decent.

I'll cast another vote for the T-34/85. As maneuverable as it's weaker littler brother (the 76) but packing a super powerful punch. And after you flank and blow the Panthers out of the field, the 85 remains more than serviceable against infantry.

ISU-152 puts in work, especially when the game gives you a map that can play to its advantage like Minsk Pocket.
