Please remove it guys. Retreat once and you lose the whole map.

Remove it from 1v1 rotation sure, but its pretty okay in 2v2.

Yes glad you acknowledge this. It's a cute map and fine for 2vs2, but too big for 1vs1.

There are maps way worse than Einhoven. It's certainly not perfect and could use some changes but it's still better than maps like Stalingrad or Bystrava imo.

Relic should've held some sort of a balance testing on these maps seriously, they only told me that:"Hey, we're gonna pick your map for the next community rotation." Great, but balance? Einhoven is the first draft btw, there's so much i could do different now as i've seen and played countless of games on it.

Relic, if you see this post, please let me make changes with the help of the community! :)

I know i know... As i've said before, not a finished map! it was on my to do list but i never got around to do it because i had no motivation to continue, so i just forgot and here we are, everyone saying the same thing.. boo hoo..

Sorry, but it's just getting annoying now.

I agree. Its a little to big for 1v1. Still playable tho. Its a fun 2v2 map.

Great job so far on this map Spanky!

Eindhoven Country is one of the best 2v2 maps in current rotation in my opinion. I played it too few times to judge it in 1v1 though.

A little niggling annoyance is the fact that the non-playable area is unfinished. The flat walls surrounding your otherwise convincing landscape somewhat immersion breaking. Sorry, shame you didn't get to finish this and Relic just added it on a whim.

I think the only glaring issue with this map is that the southern player gets an entire castle with which to hold their fuel point, it looks really cool but it makes that fuel very hard to assault and really easy to take as the natural fuel compared to the one on the northern edge. If it was slightly more open, I think I'd enjoy it more. Good work in the world builder, I've been making maps for DoW II myself so I know how hard making it balanced can be, and the CoH 2 editor just confused me.

Einhoven county is quite possibly the best map we have ever had in coh history.

Win, lose, REKTING or getting REKT, I always have fun in both 1v1s and 2v2s on this map.

Arguing that this map is too big, is not valid. We have 1v1 maps of similar sizes (Stalingrad and Semois first come to mind).

Its a nice map but im sure youve been harassed to death about that god forsaken house in the southern spawn with no north facing window!!!

As allies ( north spawn) in 1v1 most people, including myself just throw pretty much everything at the house and prevent the axis from playing the game. Its sad how one little house can have such a great impact on a large map

The marathon to cap the stone buildings is a huge bug/flaw in the whole game. So that cheese is a whole different story.

This is big for 1vs1 along with talin, semoisky, the road to khark and Minsk. It's also a shame relic pushed an unfinished map into automatch lol. Though I haven't noticed any unfinished part.

BTW, it's called Einhoven country. I misspelled the title. EDIT: Thanks Major for editing the title.

Rosbone: But I agree, the cost to get a full decent Coh game pushing $115 US is not the best idea. Especially when it needs so much more work for casuals.

Rosbone: To be fair, it was a thank you to early fans right? They said it was not free for long and it would become a pay DLC at some point.
