PTRS should be a semi-automatic rifle with the old accuracy. Guards should have 1 PTRS instead of 2 and the conscript one should cost like 80 munitions. That way it will be used in its intended role, light vehicle counter. Also demo charge should always be visible, you are planting it above the ground for God's sake. And the call in tanks should be included in teching just as OKW.
Snipers and jagdpanzers are above ground too and they can get cloaked. I mean if you want we can ask relic to make demo look like a bush or something. Camo in game is not showed everything that has camo just gets invisible so your complaint about demo is kinda silly.

Soviets:
- No tech call in meta.
- Get 2 IS-2s by the time a KT arrives. Get the same armor as the KT on the much cheaper vehicle.
- No problem whatsoever in penetrating Panthers and the KT.
- T-34/85 with the same health as a Panther.
- PTRS doctrine annihilating weapon crews.
- Forgiving 6 men gameplay.
- Best artillery in the game. 120mm annihilate OKW HQs, Katjuschas do the rest.
--> In general they have the most amount of cheese for the least micro effort in the game.
This. Soviets OP by massive margin not even a debate.

Shocks and other troops have smoke which render MG's and Flack HT's useless instantly. No need for flanks.
I know right? It sucks that flack HTs and mgs can't reposition. They have to wait there and be sacrificed.

Protip : Flamers and HMGs completely ignore the shock troopers armor bonus. LMGs do this to a lesser extent as well. I really do not know what your problem with shock troops is.
HMG's get smoked by shocks, HMGs = useless. Flammers melt rather fast.
Shocks have been like this for 8 months now.. And really they have been OP for all this time?

And HMG's specifically can't reposition in such a scenario. Too slow, get overrun/raped fast.
In such a scenario you retreat or lose it.

Getting a grenade off before being fully pinned is easy.
Sickpetey said suppressed, not pinned. As in, Shocks get suppressed, toss a smoke, and then are still suppressed for a bit as they continue to advance thus allowing the HMG to get away.
Shocks just hide in the smoke so re positioning a flack is useless.
Unless you use attack-ground.

it doesn't matter what the general opinion is to me, all i am saying is that what you are saying is pure horseshit and you have zero idea what you are talking about.

General opinion is generally extremelly exxagerated. OKW was OP last patch, but it was no where near as OP as some people here claimed it to be. You could still work around the horrid blob spam somewhat.
Now soviets are probaly the strongest faction, yet sov vs wehr is pretty balanced, while sov vs OKW might be a little too advanataged for the soviets..
But who gives a shit, people were picking prostheer in tourneys againts soviets anyways, even in the last patch. OKW could not really do much againts IS-2s last patch, and because they dont require tech it was extremelly hard for them to deal with it. This patch is a bit easier, but because of the ober nerf the infantry fight is alot more equal, which hurts OKW in the end.
Prostheer never gives a shit with pak-40s and stuka close air support easily destroying IS-2s.

Update your game already and comp stomp with new buffs, early game was fixed, mid and late game was never a problem.
