Twice now I have faced IS2s with no armor and raketens and they are awesome! Because of the cloak I am getting them to half health before he even knows whats happening. Yay to slightly more combined arms but now I feel OKW is just infantry tactics till you have enough fuel for 2 tanks then roll over the enemy. At the moment with the speed of firing and cloaking its a pure AT god.
Could OKW now afford a slight increase in price for volks shreks? (I personally hate facing and using blob tactics)

Ask youself, would you rather having a ZiS/Pak40 or a Rocketen43! then u'll notice why your statement is awesome, Kappa! :)

Dont you think its strange that rockets have different penetration values at different ranges, since i dont think rocket penetration cares about distance in real life...but i guess its balance

Exactly. You are aware that the Anti-Armor mechanics of rockets are different than conventional alloy core bullets and shells? For the sake of game design and balance, they've decided to put them both under one category.

The vet 1 ability is a questionable feature. Other than that, it's OK.

Like other OKW units, vet 1 should not grant cloaking on retreat. For some reason OKW unit still get to retain cloaking on retreat when no other faction does.

Well that's a bug. I thought we were discussing the performance of camouflage regarding balance. I don't think cloak during retreat is intentional, just another issue which passed Relic's fierce QA :snfQuinn: .

Infantry units that can cloack will cloack during retreat if there is cover, even goliath from COH1 could cloack while driving around if there was alot of cover around :)

Only OKW inf. All other types ignore cover on retreat. Snipers remain visible, and cloaking Ost squads remain visible. The bug is unique to OKW and needs to go.

I think it's cool trying to kill falls that are cloaking on retreat. It represents how hard they are to see because of how skilled they are with not exposing too much of their silhouette

It's also a funny pain-in-the-arse when they disappear for a small instant in combat as a model jumps into cover and stops firing long enough to be cloaked, which they of course almost immediately break by firing again.
