Given that it has a light support role and can be countered by a 222, I think this unit would be much more useful if it only costed MP.

Of course it should. Maybe it shpuld cost a bit less or be a bit stronger but a fuel free tank?
Lol.

Do you think John Doe creates too many useless polls?

yes, but it should be buffed. making it cost 100 fuel and be as effective as a zis gun (along with being swapped with t-70) would be an excellent move.

Nebaka, I vote yes. On topic, of course it should cost fuel. It has a free barrage ability and can be a decent support for your AT guns and other support weapons. It's not great, it needs some tweaks, but not making it fuel-free.

The SU-76 is a vehicle and all vehicles in CoH2 cost fuel. Even the Kubel costs fuel now. The 76 either needs to be re-balanced to function more like the Scott so it has a defined AI role in T4 or it needs to be swapped with the T70 and be re-balanced to have a defined AT role in T3. I would personally favor the latter solution as it would create an interesting choice between tiers. T3 would offer T34s that need to be backed by SU-76s to take on heavier armor while T4 would have SU-85s to deal with armor but have to rely on T70s or Katyushas for infantry. That way there is some nice synergy between the tanks in each tier instead of the current situation where T3 is AI tanks with minimal AT capabilities and T4 is pure AT tanks and arty.

You ask "Should the SU76 cost fuel?" in the thread title but the poll title asks "Good idea?", which I'm guessing refers to your post, which states the SU-76 should only cost manpower. Therefore answering "yes" in the poll would agree with your statement about the SU-76 not having a fuel cost, when people may want to vote "yes" saying the SU-76 should cost fuel, as the thread title asks. That is extremely misleading.

Of course it should cost fuel.

Your polls are bad and you should feel bad.

It appears I may have been mislead by the title/post confusion as well. I may have voted incorrectly as I'm still not clear as to whether the poll refers to your post or title of the thread.

The SU76 should cost fuel.

Wow so you want to control how I feel about myself and my polls, bob marley?

The su76 being a comedy unit is a well known fact. It always gives me giggles when i face an opponent building an su76, ROFL.

It should cost fuel BUT it should cost less (at least with its current strengths and shortcomings).

If only the relic developers could understand that this leads to much better gameplay than T34/85 or IS-2 spam every game.
