Outward appearance Current FHQ provide: - healing - reinforcing - attack and defence bonuses for infantry and infantry weapons (Mortars, AT-guns, Artillery) Also, it should not be extremely big to avoid problems with construction on city or small spaces maps. Of course, to small construction can't have enough durability and can be spammable in huge numbers, it's not right too. As result, FHQ outlook should reference to this characteristics. How about combining Candidate 2 and Candidate 3? Just replace truck with small tent and radios. In: Lobby

Targeted buff ability isn't a good idea, enemy will focus squad with activated "Fight to the Death" and ignor squad with "Stand Your Ground". Interrogate is one of the most unused abilities. In my view commissar needs some kind of always activated aura buff(for example: To Te Last Man ability to all inf squad inside aura, excluding penals, snipers and engineers) + situational timed aura buff or risk/reward ability (something like immunity to suppression and +50% received accuracy) In: Lobby

May be good to give them extra bonuses compared to t34s when using the ability or let them turn with the same bonuses. (suggest penetration for more likely to damage not more likely to instagib) I think penetration bonus is better for T-34 and T-70. SU-85 and SU-76 need something like mini-stun (1-1,5 sec)this will force germans to play less aggressively against immobilized units In: COH2 Balance
