Green bushes look strange on winter and urban maps. Pit in combination with the bushes make the tank very easily to spot.

RPG-40 are a little bit too powerful. How about increase cost?
Vehicle detection are too expensive.

How about replace slow and randomly railway artillery with democharge for pioneers? This is a useful ability and german fanboys will stop crying that they don't have democharge.
Balancing current B-4 is an impossible task. As artillery, it will be too random or too OP. But what if switch barrage and direct shot, give the role of antitank/antibuilding gun?
Guard Rifle Combined Arms Tactics
-Hit the Dirt: How about reducing speed instead of immobilizing and some buff against grenades?
-Guards Rifle Infantry: Batton ability is too expensive and easy to avoid
Tank Hunter Tactics
-RPG-40: need changes similar to piats + merged with mines
-new ability Tank Ambush Tactics: toggle ability for T-34, Su-76 and Su-85, when active tank will camouflaged, immobilased + first strike bonus

And I think Pacific theater is better than African. African theater requires large open spaces and small villages, this is Wargame/Steel Division style.
But I dream about something like C&C Generals: Russians vs Americans vs crazy muslims with suicide cars.

-Penetration increased from 100/80/60 to 160/100/80 (Puma-ish)
-Popcap to 5
-Non-doctrinal access to AT ambush
-Can now garrison buildings
M-42 need more mobility (setup/rotation) instead of firepower and ability to garrison buildings
KV-1
We are experimenting with giving KV-1 more health to assist with its meatshield role.
-Added a 0.8333333 received damage multiplier (effectively increases health from 800 to 960)
Current KV-1 is ok, but it costs too much. It costs more than SU-85, but it's slightly more efficient than T-34.
