In the latest Hotfix they fixed an issue with vet. But now i feal a bit confused about merge.
Do the conscript entity keep their received accuracy and their vet and just the weapon will change? And what about its upkeep? Will the entity get the pop cost of the new unit or the conscript one?
Hope someone knows about it.

apparently the received accuracy is applied to the squad so no, it does not transfer with merge.

Unless it has changed without my knowing it the conscript entity will take on all the characteristics of the squad it merged into except armor.

thats not completely true.
for instance if pathfinders (who have extra vision range over most infantry) crew an MG, the MG will be able to see further than if your rear echelon crewed it.
I personally would be interested in seeing a comprehensive list.

But that is not merging, its recrewing, different mechanic.

I think merge is not the same as crewing a weapon. In that regard I think Katitof is right in that armour is the only value that transfers with the entity when MERGING.
When crewing a team weapon, crewmembers retain their original weapons, armour and possibly some other passive stats (they sure as hell keep their reinforcement cost).
