The AI is able to pick up the medical drops. So its definitely a bug...

I really don't think this is a bug - I mean, just look at it! Do you really think a bug could cause this rather odd side-effect of running over a Medical Drop with a tank?

Yeah I doubt this was a bug. They took the time to program and animate all of that complete with the ability to damage engine! That's not a slip-up, but rather an intentional design decision.

Yeah... they do that! Ive stolen medic supplies as USF and Soviet, so spamming them at a base like that would never work. But, I couldnt pick up the fuel or ammo drops as the allies...
