I wouldn't worry about it Soviets!! 'Merica is coming. Don't you remember movies? America saved the world from The Rising Sun and Nazism. There is no way that the Soviets should win without the Americans in COH2!

neither should they make the changes too big lol. It happens quite often that i see 80/20 soviets. Havent played germans at all yet, but agree that germans have all the insta-kill stuff and stuff to finish whole squads on retreat (mp44, g43, lmg), soviets on the other hand are playing with toy guns.

I really wish we had detailed win / loss stats since patch instead of having to rely on "feelings".
PQ said that Soviet had a 60/40 W/L ratio since the first patch and the hotfix brought it down to 52/48:

P4 earlier than T34? You must be doing something really wrong, always in my games, I always encounter enemy T34 fighting my shrecks/paks for example...

Those types of numbers and stadistics are worhtless without more information. For example, what group of players this applies, modes, etc.

40/50 T1/T2 + 140 T3 + 85 Tank = 265/275 for first T34
Bare in mind you start with 50 fuel so discount that and we got 215/225 fuel required.
100 fuel from BP only + 25 building + 115 P4 = 240
If you go T1 and or T2 you need to add 10/15/25 to that and discount the 10 (?) fuel you start with and we got 245/255.

Wehr starts with 20 fuel.
With a T2 skip you can get a P4 out at 230 fuel.
If you get molotovs as soviets a P4 will likely hit the field before your T34/76.

Exactly, and to stop a most likely AC, I need to go AT nades, or get forced into a specific commander, or get an AT gun, thus slowing my tech even more.

So Soviets were overpowered for half a year - since the big MG42 nerf - and nobody of the guys complaining now cared when oorahing straight into MG42s and throwing a Molotov was the standard. Suddenly Germans have strong infantry and it´s blasphemy.
And Grens walking up and rifle-nading a Maxim was never a problem? That's been happening forever.

I would so love it if relic buffed soviets just once just that once better than germans, even for a couple of weeks or so. I would so love to tell all the whining german fanboys to then actually l2p or even better 'learn to use combined arms' 'use cover and micro better' 'learn to use the inherent synergy of units in the ost army'. But seeing relic's balancing record from coh1 through to now I don't think that day will come sigh. (I don't quite blame them seeing as such a big chunk of their coh playerbase has a big hard on for the nazi army and especially german steel so they're just keeping the bigger group happy.)

Can someone tell which units to build to never lose as Germans. I still have a 50 percent win/lose after this patch. Obviously the Soviet players haven't won one single game this patch, so I too would like to use these units of perfection.

If he gets an AC/HT or just T2, it get his tech delayed. You don´t need to tech AT nades prior to knowing this.

oh I was guessing the new o(u)berkommando faction will do what you just said, this game has a big nazi army fan base and unless a lot of people from the land of liberty buy into this game (and actually play merica), I think the devs will be smart enough to keep german players happier as they have done till now....
