Relic did a good job with patch note accuracy this patch. Here are some (mostly) minor things that were changed outside the patch notes:

Soviet:
120mm mortar precision strike:
Damage reduced from 200 to 80.
Flinch radius reduced from 8 to 4.
This change was applied separately from the 82mm mortar precision strike nerf.

Combat Engineer:
Build time reduced from 24 seconds to 21 seconds.

German:
The hull machine gun on the p4, ostwind, elefant, panther, tiger and tiger ace:
Damage increased from 2 to 4

General:
The armour of all fences has been increased from 3 to 7.
Bricks and posts have had their armour increased from 25 to 40 and health from 110 to 270.
Light vehicles may no longer crush driftwood piles.

If this is true how does it effect the cover gameplay?

I only played a few games, however, it seems they might have tweaked how the StG44 shoots? more in a burst fashion than automatic fire?

Overall dps didn't seem to change, anyone else notice this?

Damage reduced from 200 to 80.
Flinch radius reduced from 8 to 4.

This only impacts buildings I guess. 80 damage is still enough to kill 40 hp soldiers. But AOE reduce is bad.

Thanks for this hidden changes.

the notes never specified that only the 82mm got nerfed. it just said "Precision strike now deals the same amount of damage as the main barrage weapon" which does imply it affects both mortars.

its worth noting the flinch radius is NOT the same thing as the AOE. the 120mm precision AOE has not changed

also, build time is linked to unit cost, so reducing the CE cost by 30 mp also reduced its build time by 3 seconds.

Team balance, decided to withdraw these maps outside automatch. So this is not a bug, but is a feature:

What is Flinch Radius? Is it the area within which enemy troops hit the deck if a mortar round falls?

Why are there ninja changes in the first place? Sigh. And how does one notice them?

It's most likely things they forgot about or didn't think were all that significant. It's not like they have some sinister plan to sneak in stronger fences while we aren't looking.

I think the precision strike nerf was necessary. On mortar duels like Semoiski this was just annoying. As soon as the soviet mortar hit vet 1 the duel was over. I have yet to see whether the ability to totally wipe German mortars is in fact reduced. The 120mm mortar still has a more powerful grenade, more range and the ability to deliver a precision strike. I´m almost certain it will still outclass German mortars.

And cost 2x more. Now is no reason build 120mm. Two normal 81mm are better deal.

It's range should return to pre-nerf values after all the changes.
