cant believe these sov whiners saying that 1cp shocks/gaurds are balanced. why the fuck hasn't this been fixed yet? relic is a bunch of dog fuckers.
Because in Soviet Russia, it is balanced, I guess..lol

lol how is was that biased? its the truth and it needs to be said. relic is completely ignoring the game for like 2 months now. the soviet whiners are the ones being biased towards east mode soviets.

Buffing rifle damage would be a-ok with me because that would also help mitigate the pgren problem
You might have to compensate that by buffing the health on Osttruppen / Partisans as well, though.

If the relic UP the SGT44 of the panzergrens the game will be OK for counter shock's... Dont?Panzergrens are good as they are. Buffing their Stg44 would only throw the balance off versus conscripts and make PGs overpowered. There is no need to buff them. Buffing any unit to an OP state to counter another OP unit isn´t the way to go. This would only result in people using only those units.
What´s needed is either a nerf to shocktrooper armor or (preferably) setting them to 2cp.

Permanently BannedLear no use MG42 correctly and you will have no problems with Shocks whatsoever.
What is the magic?
Smoke and mortar get the MG42 fast, and with the pin difficulty versus the shock's, if get 2 shock's, the mg42 have problem's...
Or mix a Conscript with molotov, and finish... Always running to base with the MG guy's...
And i tired of see a MG42 shooting a pinned shock's squad (with low distance), but dont kill anything, just pin! Soo the shock's get impossible armor that resists a MG42! Too fun!

You should have gren unit before MG granting LOS on shocks. There is not a single reason I can think off that would make you think MG have any chance in 1v1 against shocks.
You should have always 1 more MG42 then shock squads on field, you will still use less mp for that and it will allow you to cover MGs with other MGs and cover flanks.
If shock smoke is so good, why germans never use turbomortar smoke then? It does exactly the same thing but on a bigger scale.
Or if he is using additional squads, where are your additional squads? Or you place a single MG and wait for it to be flanked?

Still the guards/shocks mustn't be at 1 CP, nowadays the russians have complete early game advantage. Germans can only stay alive more than 10-15 minutes if they dug in on 1 side of the map with massive force and pray, or the soviet player screws something up.

I keep MG42 behind my lines engaging Shoks with Grens. I don't let them come close. I lure them into my setting up MG42. If they smoke to brake the suppression I reposition MG42 to catch them again when they come out of smoke.
I get second MG42, Sniper or FHT if there is more than one squad of Shocks on the field. Smiling, because with their upkeep and reinforcement cost I'll be able to punish and hurt Soviet player a lot.

Shocks are still very easy to counter in 1v1 though.

Shock's with Sniper's on 1vs1 is a problem, imagine why i dont play team games, crazy's spam's mixes?!
