compare the 85 to the established 76 performance and price, as it takes factional features and balance into consideration. You are not going to pay nearing 50% more fuel for just some extra pen.
Mark target I think should all be standardized to the USF one that cuts down on RNG by reducing armour and increasing target size instead of damage that simply makes the RNG rolls more meaningful.

Volks absolutely scale badly, they could just get some more veterancy bonuses tho, their actual veterancy is very poor besides some gimmicks like extra sight and passive healing

Volks self heal would be a great bonus if it came at a reasonable time. All other units that have it get it at vet 3 or sooner. Volks had their vet gutted and then tryed to make up for it by slapping features onto them. It's like pulling the transmission in a car and giving it a cool spoiler because it isn't winning any races.

Oh absolutely, you are right, but I think that sight range and passive heal are remnants of a different OKW that lacked recon options and easy backteching into med/opel ambulance. Nonetheless, I don't think they fit a mainline infantry veterancy pool, all while the actual vetermacy combat bonuses of Volksgrenadiers are quite poor. Replacing it with combat bonuses seems more appropriate.
Even better, a RA bonus rather than a lethality bonus (cooldown/accuracy).
I still think that STG volks were overall a mistake (and so was the new panzerfusilier design) and 6 men volks with no upgrades, grenadier kar98k and buffed combat veterancy and veterancy

Do you think soviets should have six man crews or 4 men? Options: Yes or No
Also putting two questions at once.
For example:
I do think T34 performs godlike against inf at vet0 yes, but not that it needs nerf since it has minimum AT power
Compare it with Ostwind and it wont seem too OP
As for Soviet weapons, definitely 6 men, even more homogenizations would be absolutely disasterous for the game
But a nice poll otherwise

If there is a discrepancy between the T-34-85 and Panzer IV Ausf J, rather than nerfing the T-34-85, then the only acceptible solution should be to reduce the armor on the Panzer IV and increase the health.

Volksgrenadiers were literally issued more MP 40's and StG 44's than Kar 98k's, although in real life it was usually MP 40's due to a shortage of StG 44's. A typical Volksgrenadier Platoon was 1 Rifle Squad, 2 STG/SMG Squads.
