3-4 conscripts simply dominate early game too much for their low cost and utility.

And Conscripts are too efficient at trading early game. They also have too much customize ability and utility to just be a 240 manpower squad.

So i suggest.

Increase to 250 manpower and reinforcement cost increase which gets removed at t4 just like Ostheer.

The only forecasted change for cons is bundling molos and atnades.

They cost 240mp, and then an extra 80mp for molitovs and another 125mp more for at nades.
3-4 cons kitted out cost 280-270mp depending on if there are 3 or 4. Hardly cheap.

Yeah try facing a good Osttruppen Ostheer player and see how well Cons do in the early game.

Vanilla Cons are definitely fine, SVT upgrades probably come slightly too early and 7-man is probably still slightly too strong but the issue is Cons are awful against infantry with upgrades which is why they rely so hard on the T-70 to carry the mid-game. 7-man could probably come earlier if it was toned down a bit to compensate.

Stock cons do NOT "dominate" in the early game in any game mode except AI stomping.

Mobilize reserves were already nerfed.
(from patch notes)
Mobilize Reserve reinforce reduction from 3 to 2; changes reinforce cost from 17 to 18
Reload cover bonus from the Mobilize Reserves has been removed.

The nerfed mobilize reserves should be free at T3 and a paid upgrade with T1 or T2.
Also, the grenade side tech costs make cons too expensive, especially if you only get a couple of them. Soviets don't get free officers like USF or free side tech like Ost and OKW. It seems like their grenade unlocks should either be much cheaper or free.

Yeaaa, sorry, 2 volks and a kubel aren't going to beat 4 cons.

Cons are probably the only balanced mainline infantry in the game atm. Still no consensus on whether the 7man is in a good spot but I believe the 7man upgrade is not far off the mark.

Soviets get 4 conscripts because T2 openings are too expensive and T1 leaves you without hard AT. Then even with 4 of these 'dominating' conscripts, they still crutch super hard on the OP T70 to make up for the drop-off of effectiveness after the 4 minute mark when STG/LMGs/grenades start rolling out for the axis when their own upgrade is locked behind T4.
