It would be nice if relic always say on what time in europe such streams start.Since we have a different time here and time counting System.

I saw a map called 'Stalingrad' on the steam. Is that map available for multiplayer vanilla or does one have to buy the expansion?

Or is it just the developer's toy?

yep, to be more specific, it was tested under the name stalingrad, so thats what you saw in beta. not sure why, but they decided to change the name to lazur factory upon release.
