IR spot light has lines with longer range than the actual vision that are not really necessary for anything and should probably be removed.
detection ability description indicates that only infatry are detected similar to 222 ability but when I tested team weapons and vehicles where also detected.
ST grenade description indicates 1 grenade will be fire while it a timed ability and multiple grenades are launched.

In the coming winter patch, the Stuart is having its aim time normalized with other light tanks. Previously it had an aim time of 1.5, 12 times higher than its light tank counterparts in other factions (0.125). Note however that the M8 Greyhound (m8_greyhound_m6_37mm_mp) also has an abnormally high aim time of 1.25, 10 times higher than normal.

Increases the capture and decapture rate of all Ostheer infantry units by 25%
This capture/decapture bonus stacks with multiple T4 buildings (but not the reinforcement bonuses). This can be pretty hilarious, especially when combined with 'counterattack tactics', as a gren squad can neutralize and then capture a point in a fraction of a second. Example video.
Not necessarily practical to do in a real game, but more creative players might find a way to use this.

It works while in the vehicle, but if you go out/in of the vehicle the extra veterancy disappears, making it pointless.
Tested with Stuart and Sherman.

Well if it gets fixed together with vet 1 RA of Assault Engineers not applying correctly, the doctrine might see some use again.

I doubt that, when the upgrade Dozer Sherman is a better choice and comes in better commanders.

Agreed that the Dozer upgrade breaks Mechanized.
Urban Defensive is in a good spot though, if a bit cheesy at times. I wouldn't say it's a clear pick over Armor once aforementioned bugs are fixed.

Fix: remove the weapon in hardpoint 3, the old scan weapon.

The Valentine still has its scan weapon. It doesn't scan anymore, but it somehow still interacts with enemies which causes the unit to 'attack' and makes him sometimes visible on the minimap.
