Thread: Swap T-34/76 with 85? 31 Aug 2015, 16:40 PM In the panzerwerfer thread, we seem to want a buffed panzerwerfer available around T3 so Ostheer could actually have rocket artillery that does something, as well as access to panzer iv, stug G, and Ostwind. shrugs And of course Ost still has its nice infantry. The only outstanding factor of the t34/85 is its health. Not worth the effort switching them up. In: COH2 Gameplay

Made plenty of sense to us back then Tbh I'm not advocating a complete reversion. Keep the dmg as it is now, and the reload as it is now. Just increase rockets fired to 16 like it used to be. Why not just launch 10 logically and adjust the rockets to have the same effect? Magic german tubes with two rockets in one tube. In: COH2 Balance

Implementing a Hetzer AT tank makes no sense, OKW has a JP4 for that role. A flame tank however is a nice garrison cleaning tool. Yes. Depending on the rest of the commander, itll be a nice thing to have on urban maps. Or anywhere where cleaning out enemy infantry is annoying. In: COH2 Gameplay

This isn't a problem with vehicles because those are large and have distinct shapes. Infantry are small and roughly the same shape, so their skins are one way to quickly tell them apart. Again this has to do with unit identification. Soviets are bright yellow-tan to make identification easy. Same with Americans who instead of olive green are fairly light green, which stands out and is unique, or Volksgrenadiers who have bright grey uniforms. Every unit has a symbol over their heads signifying what they are. Identification of skin doesnt really matter at all. In: Lobby

Spam cheese faction + Quality faction = Super advantageous. No need to bother with the limitations of USF. Especially when there is a Brit commander that can give cons dual LMGs (at the brit player's expensive, but not like the faction is reliant on muni for everything..) In: COH2 Gameplay

When I saw it, I was thinking "KV-1..." I dont think they changed it... But in the alpha, it wasnt disappointing, at least for me. I really dont know if they changed it (the 40 minute video of brits strongly suggests its still very similar as before, the single raketen was barely denting its hp), but it had 280 frontal armor and... Someone said 1400 health in the alpha, but it sure is over 1000 hp. Oddly comet has 290... These WERE the stats before, or at least the ones i just believed as churchills did survive ass-poundings and my comet bounced pak40+ raketen in a row at close range... Dont quote me on this as it was pretty hard to discuss stats on Alpha forums without having someone who knew how to access them in the discussion. But its more appealling than the kv-1.
