Make it scale the same as normal rifles against infantry. An anti tank weapon has its utility against tanks and light vehicles. Not Infantry. Its definitely not AT upgrade. And its also immersive and historically accurate that they are effective against infantry-they were used as high powered 'sniper rifles' as well. In: COH2 Balance

Relic does not give a shit about authenticity in multiplayer anywhere near what some players on the forums do. Adding to that, the stupid players seeking for realism(mostly axis players blinded by krupp steel and ubermenshen myths) can't even tell the difference between realism and immersion.
