You might want to update your game to the latest patch, the one when centaur isn't like that and no one rushes it.
Talking about balance that doesn't even exist and trying to make it into an argument is pointless.
You would make just as much of a point if you've suddenly started talking about dinosaurs impact on our current life.
Ignoring all points only to cherrypick the one "weak" argument...
First off, centaur survivability never changed. Since it was OP before, its survivability was a non-issue quite obviously. After the nerf it's still better than the ostwind. Yet ostwind is "fine" but centaur "useless". Because survivability. Which was not changed and wasn't an issue earlier. Yep makes sense.
Also, you might want to start reading the posts you're replying to. And the ones they're replying to. See the whole picture for yourself... then i won't have to explain to you why you're wrong all the time ;-)
It's so "useless", that during last year it was a game changer many many times with scavange doctrine.
Dont play OKW... what was the problem and how did it get fixed? if the answer to the second part of the question is not "ostwind was nerfed", then the root of the problem obviously had nothing to do with the ostwind.
