Players usually will go for the easiest way to win. Ummm I can get out a T34/76 faster then a Sherman...soooo what does that have to do with USF tech speed? Whats my secret? The same thing the USF does to get a quick Sherman. Build Caches. I will agree early Panthers are stupid as its a late game tank... Funny how people are now so used to the Call in Meta that they forget actually how fast you can get out Mediums when you tech for them. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Your best CoH2 stories16 Mar 2015, 16:55 PM Vet 3 M10 in 2v2 by killing...tanks... It was the only AT I had and Ost went T3 and the other with the Elephant. Killed all the Ost armor by clever micro and the Elephant came late. My Dozer took out all the Paks on the map and I went in his base and Circled with the M10 for what felt like forever before it died. Another was Soviets 2v2 pre WFA. My teammate went Industry and I went fast T3. He built tons of repair stations and we were able to use a Pack of T34s all game long with super repairs in the T34 Spa as we called it. I had three Vet 3 T34s and managed to take on two Tigers and finally an Elephant. I lost ONE T34 that game. Was epic. In: COH2 Gameplay

I mean large target size was a primary feature (and a disadvantage of course) of all us vehicle at the time. This was because of large, vertical engines used in their tanks. Simply sherman or m3/5 with small size is like IS-2 with small gun and no armour, as unrealistic as possible. Ofc I'm not saying the game is or should be realistic but it should keep at least minimum levels of realism. Yes and so was cheap cost. And weak side armor and all the other things that arent modeled in game. Back to the well lets let them die in one shot have large target sizes but cost 5 fuel etc etc. Certain "Realism" is cherry picked and they tend to be to the negatives. In: COH2 Balance

Out of lights, stuart should be superior, not inferior in firepower and survivability to two other lights. I agree with Katitof. I would like it a Light Medium. So that it can spot and use its abilities without just exploding at the site of any AT whatsoever. Yknow like M10 level HPs lets say. If it had more HPs I could see myself using it to just stun tanks to support the Jack. I mean you still can its just too risky for its cost. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: ostheer CAS overperforming.8 Mar 2015, 19:09 PM Jump back to quoted post8 Mar 2015, 19:04 PMpigsoup tried it only with CAS using the mod on t34/76 like 30 times. one shots it like 7~8 times out of 10 in my experience. p.s. neutral? i set the possession to enemy status. Thats odd I was using Shermans maybe its Penetration values are off? Sherman having better armor. I tried with setting it to enemy owned but the AI is a god of moving out the way of strafes so I just got frustated and left it Neutral so it woulndt move and tried it about a Dozen times only got one Sherman kill on Minsk (sometimes it was the trees other times it would eat the full strafe) In: COH2 Balance
