When a unit that costs 175 fuel is same health as that costs 130 fuel,and when building that unit takes 400 fuel while u can get 2 of the other for less than 300 fuel....well. You compared the HPs as justification of the entire unit. That is false logic. I corrected you. You are not comparing apples to apples. Simple as that. Performance is independent of cost. If the Panther was a single call in for the same price as a T34/85 it would win every time. Because its a superior unit. Simple as that. In: COH2 Balance

Drop fuel price on Panther to 140, and give the IS-2 it's old gun back (excluding the AOE vs Infantry) and more health. Even if it went to 140 the Tech cost for T4 is punishingly high IMHO. I think the Tiger would still be used if it didnt see a CP increase. In: COH2 Balance

So I hope we will see some further adjustments to it. As I already said, the cost isn´t that much of a problem (I play 2vs2 mostly though). The thing should be expensive and have a better performance. If the German player wants mediocre performance, he can go for the Panzer IV. It still can almost Solo an IS2 in a Slugfest. It can take on an IS2 with kiting. If they buffed it much more it would be a 175 fuel tank that counters a 200 fuel tank and the top of the Soviet heavies... Sounds like you want a non doctrinal IS2 hard counter. In: COH2 Balance

If people can take on or at least force retreat T34/85s with Stugs then why cant you do the same with the Panther for crying out loud? I think its too expensive. I think the entire Tier is too expensive. But it performs fine. And the MG upgrades got buffed did you all forget? They do very well at AI now (compared to what they used to do) In: COH2 Balance

I want to love osttruppen but they disappoint me so much ever since they are a 0cp call-in. Quick Map grap unit better than Pio Spam and great meatshields against M3s and Snipers. They arent useless. And they can reman weapon teams etc etc you know the rest... But since there is no mighty Tiger in that doctrine its not AS viable in the Meta I think. The Ostruppen may suck but they are better than Pios imho. In: COH2 Balance
