Without a solid build opinion-argument , please don't bring it into the case. I've had this same experience before many times and 110% ( not 100% but 110% ) , same problem with people trying to protect a cheater , ended up case proven and banned , with many opinions same as yours.

You might be a very good top 5-10 player , but it doesn't mean your judgement is well enough !

King Tigers were literally prohibited from engaging IS-2, because IS-2 didn't needed to penetrate KT or regular tiger to kill it, just to hit it, sheer concussion force from its shell was enough to disable tank and/or splinter steel inside and kill the crew. Big guns were good for this particular reason.

Also, why wouldn't it perform better at something then Tiger?
Tiger got:
More range
Better RoF
Less scatter
More speed
Better acceelration

IS-2 got bit better penetration and better armor.

Here is my suggestion about relief\rapid. While I understand that some ppl might love to see this abilities just being remade, I personally think they have to go. So here is what I think.
