What would that achieve outside of making it completely irrelevant unit outclassed by Stuart and M15? Depends on what changes we are talking about. Its lethality is heavily dependent on being stationary (almost all the damage is in the 50cal...which has 0.375 moving accuracy) and the Canister Shot. Locking away either the Canister shot or some of the DPS behind vet would still leave it with its excellent HP, Speed, and Vision. Likewise if you go after its survivability, its going to depend on how much is taken away. A Greyhound with canister and 50cal at a Stuart timing is going to be very scary, and not a lot of AT weapons will be on the field at that time. (222 would actually be able to hunt and kill it though, Greyhound only narrowly wins with its current stats) In: COH2 Balance

For example slightly improve the main gun so that vanilla Greyhound is viable at a slightly earlier timing and gate the 50 Cal behind Major tech so that Greyhound isn't too oppressive early on. IMO it would go a long way to helping the commander so that Greyhound isn't so dependent on munitions to be good when the rest of the commander abilities also require munitions- making it rather difficult to fully utilize this commander. Edit I suppose you could also make the 50 Cal a Vet 2/3 requirement where it's only available/Free? after you hit that Vet. I'd asked for something like this as well. Trading some lethality to tie it to an earlier timing and tech makes sense imo. Other possibilities: * Hide the canister shot or the 50cal behind vet 1. * Bring its HP in line with a Armor Skirted M20. This would make it a massive glass cannon, but without the benefit of smoke pots like the M20. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: MGs need to be looked at8 Apr 2021, 18:16 PM Something about the new formation is funky. Those front 2 models have a ridiculous leash range and wander way out from the rest of the squad. This can give the squad position away and/or make it a nightmare to focus down with explosives. The other effect, intended or not, that I've noticed is that wiping MGs with Grenades is basically impossible even when the front models remain close. The only exception remains if they bunch up in yellow cover, but in practice its basically killed fast grenade tech. In: COH2 Balance

However what I see from the stats. Usually when someone is really good with one faction they are also pretty good with other too I singled out 3v3 because its a tiny mode. My rank is literally 4 levels higher in 3v3 than my 1v1 and 2v2 ranks despite barely playing it. I think its really dangerous to have a top 200 player in one mode affecting other modes. In: Lobby

Does that mean if I'm a top 200 player in 3v3, my matches would be counted when I play 1v1? Or just the 3v3 games I play that day? What if I'm top 200 with Wehr in 3v3 and play Soviets in 3v3? I mean... why is this skill even exists in the first place? Who uses vehicle crew as a battle infantry? Waste of a skill slot. Really. Do not touch my elite crews. Weapon crews increase the base repair speed from 1.6 to 2.1, and increase the rate of vet gain by 15%. Which, outside of vetting the vehicle itself faster, gets the crews to their own vet 2 repair speed buff faster. Elite Crews mean the vehicles repair faster, which means more time causing bleed, which gives them more vet, (and faster) which means even faster repair, which means even more time causing bleed.
