Its nice to see that Duffy is not only academically smart, but also "street smart". I can't say the same for Sega. We are nearing March 1 and still nothing from Sega. Because Sega replaced the publisher that promised the game's release in March 2013 it is up to SEGA to set the record straight. If they wait until March to say the game won't be released in March that is bad public relations. Quinn Duffy was very careful in his official statement made 1 month ago to completely avoid the topic of a release date. THis is out of the realm of his job description. Duffy does not work for a publisher. The least SEGA could do is officially nullify the comments by top level THQ officials that the game is coming out in March. In: Lobby

I was thinking that if people will continue askng them, sending emails etc they will finally make some sort of statement and let us know what is going on. I dont think cancelling preorders would make a differance, its a bit passive-aggressive to me contacting Relic won't help. Quinn Duffy made it clear they are ready for a beta test. They are waiting for Sega. Contacting Sega or getting their attention in some way ( like a mass cancellation of pre-orders ) MIGHT get their attention. I think all we can do is just wait it out. They can't get a return on their 26 million without releasing a game. cancelling pre-orders is not "passive aggressive" it is "aggressive aggressive" and the #1 way a customer can communicate with a corporation about any product they make. keep in mind that money is the root of all good. Don't hate the player.. hate the game. Conversation in all CoH2 related forums has deteriorated substantially since the self imposed silence by Relic and Sega. Despite this trend I've made contributions. While people are trashing Relic hard i remind them that Duffy is doinjg what he can within the limits of his job. Once Sega and Relic begin moving forward things will improve every where. If we get past March 1 though, with nothing from Sega/Relic I'll be on the same side as the angry mob flaming everyone everywhere. In: Lobby

I say this because I got to know him very well, all the way until he left EA to join THQ. The EA C&C team is still called Apoc's Army to this day:...
