Don't get your hopes up. I honestly doubt it will be released end of March.

The game won't be released at the end of March, that's pretty sure.

Well, maybe if enough people start cancelling their preorders someone will wake up! All people are really asking for is some straight talk. Maybe some more screen shots or something like that would be nice would shut us up for a quick minute. How about a Tech Tree that we all can obsess over for a couple of months then? :)

Hi Guys again
I emailed Relic with a general inquiry regarding the relese of the game. I was thinking that if people will continue askng them, sending emails etc they will finally make some sort of statement and let us know what is going on. I dont think cancelling preorders would make a differance, its a bit passive-aggressive to me

contacting Relic won't help.
Quinn Duffy made it clear they are ready for a beta test.
They are waiting for Sega.

Contacting Sega or getting their attention in some way ( like a mass cancellation of pre-orders ) MIGHT get their attention.

I think all we can do is just wait it out. They can't get a return on their 26 million without releasing a game.

cancelling pre-orders is not "passive aggressive" it is "aggressive aggressive" and the #1 way a customer can communicate with a corporation about any product they make.
keep in mind that money is the root of all good.

Ok Tychus point taken. We can also spam bomb SEGA's mailbox and keep asking the same question over and over again. 'What's the release date?'
Maby that will work

But do we all really think that Sega have just spent 26 million on relic to leave the CoH2 project alone? No there is no way they haven't done any work on it isn't it better to think maybe they've been working with relic on it so closely theyve just been to busy to hire a new CM to talk to the community, yes communication would be best however i dont think the mass cancellations of pre-orders is going to say to anyone at Sega wow look they're mad lets do something everyone just chill out and wait, all we can do is hope that our patience will be rewarded

If they spent 26 million dollars so they could make the next Homeworld game, I'd be pretty happy :P

Don't get your hopes up on preorders cancellation making any impact on Sega.

All the preorders money went to THQ who is gone. Sega got nothing of it, so technically speaking, they will be giving the game to pre-order owners for free.

Think a bit.

Above beeing said, i'm confident and relaxed, that the game will come. If it slips a mont or three - lets face it, no one will die. Some patience exercises for you, ADHD-i-wanna-the-game-now kids, is usefull anyways. Stay cool.

You do not understand ... it's not a matter of doing damage to the sega but simply to take the money for use in other ways
